Great video. I’d love to see something taken a little more minimalist. How can we maintain power and strength when we do not have access to any equipment/ space such as spending a week with family? Lots of body weight stuff out there for beginners but little thats scalable for athletes. I think many could benefit.
I'm a 270+ pound guy off season. How do I do power stuff in a crowded commercial gym without people staring at me and feeling unsafe? My MMA place doesn't have enough weights.
