Agree 💯 The concert was great. There were some moments that were just amazing and during this song was one of them.
I had 4 front row and center tickets I paid $800+, for my 3 kids and I, and we all cought COVID. We missed it 😭. It was the last concert for Cloud.

I'm a youth leader for my church. When NF dropped the Clouds mixtape, quite a few of the teens are big fans, so we took a Wednesday night class and dissected a few of his new songs and how they have biblical principles throughout. This is the one that hit them the hardest and we had the best discussion on ♥️
I just came across this & glad I did bc a few weeks ago I saw a channel post a video saying NF had sold his soul & I'm like really? Have ya'll even listened to his music or what and when did he sell his soul? ,,, I didn't watch it bc I knew they were gonna say things that didn't make sense or just trash him all around just saw the comments some were NF fans defending Nate others blind agreeing to the person who made the video
I would have loved to be a fly on the wall for all of that, my old youth pastor did a night on a TH-cam video by buzz feed, it was awesome!
EDIT: that sounds terrible, but it had to do with ‘questions people are too afraid to ask Christian’s’ or something like that
@@Tremend_ Dude I watched the start of that video and I couldnt finish it. But the video was saying that NF sold his soul because he is popular and youtube wants you to see him for an evil reason or something.

This is definitely one of my favorite NF songs. With NF it usually depends on my mood which is my favorite but this song is always up there for me.
Just Like You is NF’s literal bread and butter. He does it so much better than everyone else.
It’s a MASTERPIECE that is essentially an anthem for his fan base. The man is a genius.

I've been listening to nf for years but haven't in awhile. I didn't know i needed to hear this song today. He put into words how I've been feeling for months. I've been trying to make important change in my life because I've been in a rut for years. It's always nice to know that youre not alone and to be reminded sometimes. Love yalls reaction. Thank you.
I've been a fan for almost 6 years and i can't even describe how grateful I am to know him, sometimes I feel like I only have him even if it's only through a song. Every time that I'm not ok I just play his music and it's an amazing feeling to have an artist who constantly remind you that you're not alone

Hearing this always takes me back to seeing him sing this in concert. The whole stadium sang in unison and we were not alone! I had tears streaming down my cheeks, high fiving my neighbors and hugging each other!! One of the most epic moments of my life!!!
That hit so hard the first time I heard it, and still does! It's my go to when I'm feeling fucking awful and alone with that awfulness.

Great reaction as always. This is one of my favorites for sure. NF just is one of a kind artist. As you said its rare to see an artist make an album where every song is playable and I think you will see that with NF.. I enjoy eminem but I can't listen to everything he has put out. But NF I can listen to every song and even his sadder songs I can still smile at the end as I just appreciate him for the journey he has taken me on. Can't wait to see your next reaction as I know you will enjoy it.

My 3 year old went to heaven just over a year ago. I used to play this song for him at bedtime. He'd lie there with his little hand on my shoulder, sharing music in the dark. He'd sing the chorus, picking up the words he could. "Just like you, like you, like you..."
Most of the songs that I made up to sing to him were just variations of me telling him I love him. So in his mind, this song was about how much I like him.
And now? I can't hear this without hearing and feeling him. So in a way, it was self-fulfilling. It IS now a song about how much I love him.

So, this song and "Drifting" got me through the loss of my sister-in-law last year, Kyle the quote you shared about how it's ok to not be ok, but not to stay there really resonated with me. That's exactly what I did for most of my life, I sat in my depression and got comfortable there. It was scary to even consider leaving that state of mind, sort of like how you said when you're in pain, doing anything else (including trying to feel happy, for me) is just going to be harder. I always love watching and laughing with you guys and I think you have such a great dynamic, not only as brothers, but as people with different favorite types of music. I truly think that dynamic is what makes this the best reaction channel on the internet. Although I've listened to "Just Like You" dozens upon dozens of times, this time with the addition of you guys talking about it made it hit a little harder and if I'm being 100% honest, I even teared up a little bit. This is why I love NF, for the same thing you guys have repeated in different reactions, he's someone that will tell you the truth that you need to hear even though he knows you won't want to hear it, which is actually a huge sign of a good friend, and Nate even mentions that in "Lost" when he says "We need someone that'll be honest when we fly off the handle", it really does feel like he's inside my mind sometimes with a great sense of understanding, my sister-in-law used to always say that everyone could benefit from therapy because we all have stress (by the way, if you haven't checked out NFs song "My Stress" yet, it's a great one). I'm really happy that the stigma around mental health is continuing to be broken down because although everyone's stress is from different situations/circumstances a lot of people struggle with their stress in the same way. It's a huge part of our human nature, but there's another element of human nature which is to connect with other people and be able to rely on and strengthen each other. Although not a face to face one, hearing you guys talk about this felt like one of those connections, so thank you.

This song has helped me so much. Back in 2015 my mom passed away with cancer then in 2018 my dad passed with cancer. I had more difficult time with my mom passing. I had a friend tell me. You can enjoy the happy times unless you embrace the sad ones.

This song truly hits home the growth NF has had throughout his life through his music. I love that he has strengthened his mind and heart and he wants to invite others to come along. He's not just overcoming his past and mind. He's helping you overcome yours. I've been to many concerts but nothing has ever hit me the way this song did live with such a large varying crowd all relating and swaying their arm and singing this song together. He truly is a life altering artist.

There's a contemporary Christian song by We Are Messengers (not rock but still a great band) called Maybe It's OK, and the main line is "maybe it's OK if I'm not OK". Something I've really been holding on to as a believer who struggles with my faith, as well as dealing with severe PTSD. Every day is a struggle to try and be OK, but now that I understand I don't have to be OK it's getting a lot easier.
