Listening to "trust" is like riding in a sports car. You think they are going fast, then they shift it to another gear to go faster and you get sucked into your seat. Literally strap you seat belts in for that one.
I went to a nf concert in Rogers AR and got to see him sing this right in front of me. Sang every word to that song right in front of him. It was one of the happiest moments of my life haha!

I take the chorus as a joke as well! All these people winning awards for their crap one liner repeated songs and I think NF in his humor makes fun of them perfectly...but his is still better than anything they got!
Agreed.. i also see it as a double, calling back to “Grindin” where he says “i should be in the top 10, give me a list of names, ima top them. IM JUST PLAYIN WITH YA.. i dont care where the top is”.. so if thats true, it makes the chorus a double where “tally up, wasnt me? THATS A JOKE”.. as in, the question itself isnt serious.. its a joke. Its brilliant, if so. #nfrealmusic
There are no NF leftovers. Only songs that have always been a part of the real journey that just weren't on one of the many fan made list going around which you guys happened to follow. Either way, you guys are true Nate fans and we're excited to see you get to all of them! 😉🔥

When he says I'm great at storytelling, I think he is referencing his song Story! You seriously need to watch the video if and when you do this track! You will freak! Like he says in The Search, not sure if he is making movies or music videos! It's so good! Also, That's a Joke is a fire track! Love this song, thanks for doing this one!

This is by far one of my favorite tracks of his. He was already fire in Intro 1. Then look at where he is now! Great reaction as always guys! The way he showcases his speed and endurance on this track was phenomenal! Oh and the speed song you're wanting to hear is called Trust with NF and Tech N9ne!
For me, "Clouds" is not a mixtape ... it's a full-blown NF album. And it's another MASTERPIECE!!!!

I'm so happy you finally got to do this one! It's probably my favorite song off of CLOUDS. And You absolutely have to do "Story" next (music video is an absolute must.) And of course you gotta do "Trust" feat Tech N9ne at some point aswell.
This is a great song for the live audiences. The chorus is simple but so much fun to sing with him

I have watched every single NF reaction y’all have made and omg. I love y’all’s journey. NF has been my favorite rapper since I was a freshman in high school and I’m a sophomore in college now. It’s all amazing. Glad y’all love him as much as a lot of us do.

Great reaction as always. Definitely one of my favorites on the mix tape. But in all honesty everything is really great. A great blend of features like lost and trust and confidence songs like this song and layers and reflective songs like just like you, drifting and story is in its own lane. Great to see you actually enjoy listening to NF outside of your reactions. It is great to see you catch a lot of the call backs and just remember the lines they connect with. You both work well together.
Layers and prideful are my favs! So looking forward to those reactions!

Yeah my favorite part is when he talks about the commas, it's actually a "joke" where he said he'd give it everything.. but not if the commas are making him roll with the commons .. saying he'd change for money but then goes back on it saying it's a joke

I’m one of those who have watched almost every NF reaction I can find. This was the first time I’ve seen y’all on my suggestion feed. Guess the algorithm is working..
I am about to start watching your NF journey reactions but I just wanted to say that I appreciate y’all’s energy. Sometimes reactors fake the energy in their videos to make it more hyped up than it is but I get the feeling the energy portrayed is genuine. Also, I usually don’t recommend doing taking the “Journey” right away. It’s not for everyone and some people just don’t get it. Everyone wants a rap reaction that hits hard and has a good beat and hard hitting lyrics so they can keep the energy up, but some of NF’s songs just aren’t that. I can tell that y’all appreciated the journey for what it is and I can’t wait to binge watch them lol.
I will finish by saying that there is no such thing as leftovers with NF. There are maybe 2 or 3 songs through his discography I just don’t care for, but everything else is pretty much amazing. I hope y’all keep up the reactions and catch all of the songs that were skipped over during the “Journey” because there are some real gems.

Guys I've been here pretty close to the beginning of yall's NF journey and I would just like to say it has been awesome watching yall's reactions and I can't wait for you to get to the rest of his music because most of my favorite songs are not part of the journey. Please don't skip Drifting or Prideful they are both amazing. Would absolutely love to see yall react to Chasing (demo) feat. Mikayla Sippel who is a fan that covered a song that he posted on social media but wasn't going to put out and he liked it so much he took her vocals and finished the song and released it. An last but not least by any means Eric and Kyle can you please go back to The Search album and react to Only. It's possibly my favorite song. The Mixtape is Amazing-all of it is top notch!!! Basically just work your way down the whole album (there are no skips!). Love all the songs on it, but Drifting just hits different.

I love this one! It shows his versatility, like never before. So many double entendres; I call the shots, but don't need my handheld (cell phone), "Power tripping", literally pulling out the cord to trip you, and so many more.
I also dig his multi-syllabic rhyme schemes, when he started a few syllables, and then finishes it externally, on the next bar. He's genius with it.
I love how Kyle looks like a little child enjoying the music and ask for permision to click again the fatalitie Button 😂🙏🏼

Hey Kyle and Eric and all NF family not to sure how many people know of this song but I came across it the other day and it is a very beautiful and uplifting song, it gave me chills and made me cry but that's not unusual with NF. I have just last year discovered NF and it has been the best ARTIST that I have had the pleasure of getting to know. Eric I've heard you say a few times "How does he say things that I've thought?" I'm a 50 yr old GRANDMOTHER but at one time (I try to tell my kids) I was young once too. But for at least 35 to 40 yrs of my 50 yrs of being on this earth I've not been able to get out in words what I'm feeling or have felt about something then I discover this young man that says the same things I have felt and express in his tones even the emotion that goes with it and like you keep asking myself "HOW?" The depression and the self harm is not a modern day problem. When I was younger I cut myself, bruised my body hitting it with hard objects, burned myself, blamed myself for my thoughts and had suicidal thoughts and just wanted to disappear. The difference that today there are more doctors and therapist that specialize in adolescent mental health. Like in his song Therapy Session he says that parents think his music is violence, NO! Sadly what I'm seeing is parents that are too scared that they may look bad, a fear that someone may think that they've done something wrong that they won't get these kids the kind of help that they need and deserve. If any parent is reading this ask yourself this question "WHY HAS MY CHILD SHOWN ME AN NF VIDEO. IS THERE SOMETHING THAT THEY CAN'T DEAL WITH? LISTEN TO THE SONG AND THEN LISTEN TO IT AGAIN THEN GIVE YOU CHILD OR ANY LOVED ONE FOR THAT FACT AND GIVE THEM AN OPEN AND FREE OF REJECTION DISCUSSION." Depression and self loathing sucks and it's lonesome. If I would've had NF when I was younger I wouldn't have felt so alone.
Now the song below is different from most of his other music but like I said it is very beautiful and very uplifting and one that I don't believe should be left out of his journey because it is a different side to his music but to me it should have it's place as well. If you don't react to it (IT IS A VIDEO) at least listen to it for yourselves and let me know what you think, because I am just curious to know.

Think one of the things I love about NF is, to me, there are no bad songs, or songs I feel like I need to fast forward through. It's all so fricken good! I wouldn't say this is one of my favorites but the flow is so damn smooth and there's still some lines that are definite knock outs.
