This changes the context a lot for me. I saw my grandmother pass away as well, literally the moment she took her last breath. That changes everything for me.
But we shouldn’t have been surprised by the scream, Tyler adds lots of screams in his live performances. Wish it had been in the original so we could stream it tho! ✌🏻
THE MUSICIANS were given pieces of the show to write a song straight to what was going on in the scene… they are tailored to any scene they are in….and the whole thing is amazing. I’m an artist and the visuals paired with the foundational story telling techniques and emotional heart as well as action…. And the music… just …wow….. it’s a complete package.
The whole thing was beautiful, the first 2 sounded great, the orchestra, stage design, lights and sound were all great! I’ve not stopped watching this performance since they aired it live. Subbing for more TØP! 🙏🏼
thanks for the reaction !! ❤️ you should definitely check out “holding onto you” live from the fox theatre twenty one pilots for another beautiful live performance !! #twentyonepilots
Here for Twenty One Pilots ❤💛 Such a majestic and emotional performance! I just started watching Arcane as a result and am loving it so far...beautiful animation. I have also started listening to Royal & the Serpent (full Wasteland song is gorgeous) and d4vd (aka David) tho I think this version here of Remember Me is more passionate than the recorded version.
I watched it live-ish (I was watching someone commentate on it and they were decent enough to mute their audio when they played trailers and the music). I cried! and learning that Tyler wrote it in honor of his grandmother's passing I'll more than likely never be able to hear this song without leaking from my face at least a little lol!
top is a deep rabbit hole but the fans will be here to watch. So "ode to sleep" is probably the best starting place. Then maybe "car radio" then get to the lore in order. I would honestly start with "chlorine" because thats where you meet Ned. But texh not part of the lore. So the lore is..... Heavydirtysoul Jumpsuit Nico and the Niners Levitate.... Thats a good starting point..do it in order and pay attention to the videos and the lyrics
I'm a big League player and fan, Twenty One Pilots have never done a song before for League, however bands like Imagine Dragons and Against the Current have, however Arcane was a series for Netflix based of the lore of League of Legends and all the music for the series and collaborations for songs for the game or the esports tournaments are amazing and well worth listening too if you enjoyed this
@@TheLionsReaction Yeah, so the Netflix-Series "Arcane" is inspired by the game and the songs were crafted and selected for the Series in close cooperation between the featured Artists and the Music-Team of the Show. Now, of course this and other songs in the series can have different meanings to different people and in different situations. For the series this is about transformation, becoming something different and asking "can I come back - if I cross the line?". For Tyler this was primarily written from the perspective of his grandmother and him being there when she died: "Take a seat, but I'd rather you not be here for what could be my final form". So basically it is talking from her perspective of "Crossing over (the line)" and the thoughts that come with that. Now I am not a top lore expert but from what I understand the third layer is about one of the characters in top-Lore that is at a crossroads, deciding what to do, not exactly but still kind of similar to the question the series poses "Will they still let me over - if I cross the line?" An example for another song with multiple meanings used in Arcane is from the new Linkin Park Album called "Heavy is the Crown". That song was also performed Live during the 2024 League of Legends World Tournament Finals.
It’s everything- per usual, nothing for mass market ( refer to Heathens) is released and performed if it isn’t meaningful for the banditos/fpe. This is exactly how I felt when I sat with my dying dad and I knew this is where he was writing from (found out later he was sitting with his grandma) song obviously crushes in Arcane but we know ourTøP …. And the orchestra - beautiful- orchestra with Josh regular sleeveless black cotton tank -that’s our TøP!❤🎉
Absolutely melted my heart. Tyler's voice is so fragile and so strong at the same time.
I loved everything about this #twentyonepilots performance
He wrote this after being in the room when his grandma passed away. Pretty profound with that in mind
Wow, damn that explains the emotion

This song blew me out of the water. I loved it immediately, but this live version with the scream! Just wow. 😮
@@angiehh516 I know right!? Isn't it absolutely stellar
They did such an amazing job, and we were all shocked about the scream. We had previously heard to studio version and it did not include it.
It's definitely way better with the scream

I’m so SO happy you’re continuing with twenty one pilots❤❤

I love when Tyler gives us a scream ❤
@@SherryBandito me too, he packs so much emotion and power behind his scream
such a great performance!
I legit thought it was awesome

I THINK the woman singing fronts the band Blackmore Knight. The guitarist is the guy from deep purple, I think it’s her anyway
@@gypsyrose3937 I looked it up and I think you're right

Will definitely be reacting to that
At some point in here we need to guide him to" backslide" the Ned lore continuea there...and "choker" before

loved the reaction :) the songs are from the series "arcane" which is based on the games lore but the music isnt from the game
Ahh, so its not in the game, it is inspired by the game? That is cool!

@Marcel_Augustin Man that is super cool, I didn't know any of that
You should DEFINITELY do trees (live at fox theater) by twenty one pilots
Great suggestion! Did it here: th-cam.com/video/WAKqWdQSjF0/w-d-xo.html

You should do the song "Trapdoor" by twenty one pilots. You'll enjoy it very much. I promise.
