This is basically like 0% but way faster lol... he also gave me nearly back to back parries phase 3 like the generous birdie he is.
Awesome! I beat Dread Mode a few days ago, and this fight, though not the most difficult, made me tense because of how lengthy the fight was!
I felt similarly haha, it was a thrill with just the right amount of length! Glad you were able to beat it! :D

I'm so glad I came to this video for help. I've been stuck on dread mode ravenbeak for about 3 hours now and I *NEVER KNEW* you could use the super bomb to destroy the pulsing star ball he throws out. And the worst part about it is that I was starting to get good at dodging those waves while also dodging his beams. I think after watching this I'll be able to beat him in the next few dozen attempts

Rookie mode here and couldn't beat him. I just watched the ending on youtube and called it a wrap! LOL
I'm not about to suggest what you should do with yourself but one day if you ever came back to the fight and beat it, I would be very proud of you regardless.

FACK! I'm on my 4th attempt fighting him in dread mode and my whole-body hurts. This is physically and mentally taxing. I keep dying to bullshit too like a button press that the game doesn't register, 3 out of 4 times I've died to him on dread mode and it actually wasn't my fault, that's what's frustrating. My first attempt saw me all the way to the end and if he had a health bar it would have said 1 HP I'm sure. I actually have to take a break now though because my arms and legs hurt from tensing and non-stop button mashing for 30 minutes. What's worse is I literally made the decision after 7 or 8 hard mode runs to attempt dread, I sat down yesterday around 5PM and by 7:PM I was at Raven Beak already, but I'm still at Raven Beak. lmao The run saw a 30 second Escue kill though, I was proud of that.
I totally get you, this fight is really intense. By the end I needed to rest my hand for a few days from how much mashing you had to do. Definitely give yourself the break and I have faith you'll be able to get it!
I’m currently stuck on him doing a 0% Dread Mode run and am just now finding out that he gets beam resistance in phases 2 and 3
That he does. If you can, lay a cross bomb when he's vulnerable they do lots of damage! (I didn't know until after the fact)

Do you know the validity of storm missile in this fight? I found that just emptying my missiles on him using storm missiles for his second phase always got him down fast. What’s the best method here?
I think missile spam with squeezing beams in occasionally would probably be the best still (unless stuff changed it's been a while haha). Also if you can manage to pull one out, cross bombs do insane damage to him!

I didn't (and still don't) own a controller with turbo so I mashed like my life depended on it. My wrists needed a vacation after lol.

Nice! I haven't played since I messed with the game when it first came out so I could probably bring it down if I wanted to but Elden Ring has taken over my life! :D
