It is a balance: on one side how much do you use it. On the other how much you dont. In my case won how much do l use it (not much with my guitar thought. It's more of a synth pedal IMO. I think l will keep it forever and ever. Thank you very much. Really dig your vids and speech.
Sold mine........then (after using a Cosmos, MOOD MKII, etc.) bought another..............there are just some great features that nothing else really offers.....great upload though
it's tough.....so many great pieces of gear.....each with it's own appeal........................Just waiting for my new Microcosm to arrive. It took me quite a while to realize how difficult it was to find an alternative that had the same mystique and magic...............(sold my Cosmos as well.......really loved some of it's abilities, but decided to go with something that had presets and clock)
Im going through this right now. Im about to out my Black Microcosm uo for sale. Kinda sad about it.. but its the right choice. Unless i keep it fir my synths
@@ayjbray not using it for guitar as much as I thought I would. Definitely takes time and memory to learn all the controls and knobs, but some very nice rhythmic stuff you can do with it. I still think that nothing does what it does, and it's a really cool and special pedal. But trying to thin out some gear.
thanks for the vids!! overview was clear & efficient, pros & cons are right on

Is this considered a Delay or Reverb pedal ? Thx
It would probably be considered more a “Modulation” pedal of sorts. But a little unlike most pedals
Granular delay
