As always, a fantastic review, demo, and video that fills me with the urge to continue creating - especially exploring more sound design elements. You and your channel are a large reason my first synth is the microfreak that I recently got my hands on and have been loving making my own patches for.
My wife and I watched three of your videos. High af she said " this guy is amazing, he's literally American Paddington" and it couldn't be more true. Love your videos!
Thank you, David! Thank you for every video you have made. You're the only person, who could inspire and encourage me to write music. I love quality and style of your videos. And the way you make beautiful music out of anything is just unbelievable. Keep making the same gorgeous videos! Yet again, thank you!
Great video! Yet again I'm in awe of how beautiful the melodies you come up with are. I always think this, whenever you seem to pluck one out of mid air it always makes me think there's no way I could have come up with something so lovely.
AWWW YEAH, I was really hoping you were going to do a video on the Mood! Awesome video, fantastic work with the miku part as well, it sounds so cool :3
Stretch mode works in the same way as granular synthesis. Each one of those slices is referred to as a grain cool to see it applied on a effects pedal!!!
Daaaamn this pedal sounds sooo gooooood btw the miku song you made sounded like something porter Robinson would make absolutely amazing . And kevin penkin needs to get on this pedal he will surely make some amazing staff .
Lovely demo, it simplified the controls in a way that is easy to understand and showed the musical and creative possibilities of this gem of a pedal, thanks

im BEGGING you to make a full/slightly longer version of the Track you made with the Pocket Miku - it is absolutely fire and would love it in my library to listen to but also could see it going viral on tik tok or otherwise
Your videos are the best! Calm and sounds great. It’s so great that you go to the manual, it reminds me to do the same and not just rely on all the TH-cam tutorials out there. Bravo to you sir! Keep up the fantastic job.
You put this together and explained it very well, i watched this on a tablet and the stereo came out very clear and clean, i have a vampire modeling amp and a boss multi so not really in the market for a new pedal at the moment, if one came up on the 2nd hand market i may consider, thanks.
This is the sort of thing where they should just abandon the standard pedal size. The speed of playback/loop length should have a separate foot switch for each speed/loop length like the way one moves through presets in a POG. Bending over in the middle of a musical piece for a guitarist is wholly undesirable. That said, this has very attractive capabilities. I do want one.
I love your 3-string guitar, sounds great! I was a huge Presidents of the United States fan back in the 90s, and strung my guitar with 3-strings. Im not sure thats where you would have got the inspiration from, but 😂
Hey Dave. Great video! How would you compare the Mood to the Microcosm? Which would you use for which purposes? Is the sound quality approx. the same or do you have a preference between the two?
Hi David, I'm looking for a new FX, my first out of the box FX. What would you choose if you only could buy one. This one or the Hologram Microcosm? For Revery, Delay and pad stuff and other FX. Like as main FX thing to spice signals up.
Had the Microcosm. It can do some amazing sounds, but it's unpreditable. Also I felt thw sound quality was lacking. Wanted to love it, but sold it. The Mood MKII looks like a better unit imho. May get one soon to try it out.
Vintage Kitaro is sweet, especially just about everything before 1986 or so. Too bad his entire back catalog has not gone onto Spotify. A few classic titles have gone missing.
