This man single-handedly taught me how to play guitar. What a king.
He is teaching me so much! I can actually play songs with basic rhythms. So grateful I found this guy. Thank you!!!!
Well technically he uses TWO hands. But yeah he is tops.
Can't say enough about Andy. I had been "trying" to play guitar for probably twenty years but never made much progress (TBF...I should have taken lessons). But then I found this channel and it's been amazing. After a few months, now I can confidently put on a decent hour long session at the camp fire...amazing. His tips on learning rhythms are key. That's always been the hard part for me but every song I learn, takes a bit less time to learn than the last one. Keep up the great work.!!!!
Same.

Andy Andy I started playing guitar early this year on February 4 it's almost one month and I'm getting stronger... Thank you so much for your videos and you dedication ...you are an amazing teacher ..I'm glad you are part of my guitar journey!! Sending you hugs ❤️💗 from Brooklyn NY USA
Fantastic as always andy, thanks for posting
Great job!!!
Beautiful! Easy chords too as a beginner. I really love this song and found your video. Thank you! ❤❤❤ Now I'm your new subscriber from Philippines!
Your lessons have so many more common sense tips than the others. I use the Capo on the first fret as I cannot sing that high. Still recognisable.
Okay no way. This is weird. You are my favourite guitar you tuber and I said TODAY “I wanna learn what’s up by the 4 non blondes but I’m only doing it if Andy does the tutorial” 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
such a good instructor! making our quarantine times brighter
So much more thorough and easy explanations. Love it.. breath of fresh air
I so love the way how you teach us, Andy! Much ❤❤❤ from 🇯🇵🇯🇵🇯🇵.
Hey Andy: I am lead vocalist in a country & classic rock band here in Canada. I also add a few keys and rhythm guitar in the band. We are playing a birthday party this month and had a request for this song. I was looking for covers of it and stumbled across your channel. Awesome break down for the strum pattern. Thank you! Cheers! Kathy
A timely song for these days. Thanks for the lesson.
Absolutely amazing teacher you are. Just wow, and thank you for the amazing free videos. Love it.
Hey Andy, you teach one of my favorite songs the easiest way. Thank you! I love you.
Playing the guitar is usually so frustrating, but this was so well explained and easy that I couldn’t believe it. After a few minutes I was already playing the song! 👏👏👏👏👏
Wow 🤩!!! OMG 😱 The best “WHAT’s UP” guitar lesson 👏👏👏👏 ! I just subscribed !!! 👍👍👍 Thank you so much !
If I ever see Andy in a Leeds city bar jamming or chatting! I will buy your drinks all night. You helped me learn a guitar at 55yrs old. 👍👍
Looking forward to it 🍻
I love this song! I’ve been learning to play guitar watching your videos for the last two weeks and I have to say that you’re an amazing teacher! Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Although I find it quite challenging to play and sing simultaneously. Feels like my brain can handle only one thing at a time - either playing or singing 😂😂
For a bit of fun, Can you do a tutorial of Zach’s song from the School of Rock?
Great video Andy.✌✌✌
Thank you so much Andy 👍 for your guitar lessons

Thank you, enjoying it all.
Andy you are a GOD
Thanks andy
Great lesson!! Your video for “Shout” really has helped in my progress in playing while singing as well with keeping time, I am very grateful for you putting your lessons and music out here for us all. Thank you. Idea for a fun lesson on a song you might not expect to be such a fun one on guitar…Billy Ocean’s “LoverBoy” from the 1984 album Suddenly…🙌🤘🙌
You could do so many songs with this chord progression and capoed. "Check Yes or No" for starters and I'm thinking "I Remember You" could also flip the bill.
Super gemacht! Danke
Awesome man great song and tutorial Andy. Thank you for this. 🤩🤘

Hi Andy. Great tune for us beginners. Can I ask, I was just watching the official music video and then singer doesn't use a capo at all. But I notice most TH-cam teachers do. Why would this be? Cheers

Hey Andy can you make a video on how to play the song “Dance Monkeys by Tones and I”. I want to learn it so bad.
Mir Tazwar Alam I am at vacation on the Philippines right now. And it seems everyone with a guitar wants to learn it right now 😅
Super tutorial.
Hey Andy at 2:05 you mention a link to free lesson on strumming 16th notes, could you please provide the link
Thanks
Sounds original version just sing it according to your tune very nice tutorial
Can you please make a video on how to play glimmer of blooms i just can't get you out of my head with the individual strings to mimic the lyrics. That song is one of the reasons i started playing guitar please make a video on it
There’s like an open G between each chord.
Great 🎩🎶🎸
Perfectamente excelente !! 👌
Got it .
Which model faith is that Guitar.🤔🤔🤔
Could you do something by Razorlight?
Wire to wire perhaps?
Pardon my opinion, but are you not teaching a bad-habit with your finger placement of the G-chord? -- With our index finger rooted at the first-fret for Am and C, you should use your other fingers and pinky to form the G-chord.
This is just the most common way that most people know. For other tutorials, I often highly encourage people to try out other ways of play the G- such as the one you mention. Great suggestion! ✌🎸
indea your video very good
"..the rhythm you should have already learned": 3:07
I wonder when m gonna learn to play guitar the way you did🥴
Supa gud
i can do the chords thx to you but.. i somehow cant sing when im playing it... it all gets mess up
