Tried this today - the first problem is in false grip Australian pull ups - it is just too damn hard:) Having said that the bands was a great idea in regards to try front lever - I did it so now I know which muscles work during this exercise - well, apparently all ones:) I am little upset: I thought it is true that if I can do 10 push ups and 10 dips - I can do muscle up.

You also need more pull-ups, 10 dips aren't usually enough
Work on false grips i guess

I do in l sit,is the best solution,also because it engages mre your core and is more difficult
