Nice video Im a Kinders' cali gold guy all day just a personal favorite. the others seem to have that no sugar aftertaste . they are all pretty good. there are no real bad ones
Hi, Mother-In-Law here! I have not tried any of the sugar free sauces before. I knew it would be a big no on the spicy one from Lucy, lol! Great review- and fun too!
Hi Ryne!! Im Friends with Lucy..so came over to check out your video!! Ive always wondered what these sugar free sauces taste like!! Thank you so much for doing a review on them!!! You two are so cute!!! Im with Lucy..I can't do too spicy..Hahahha. We love the sweet baby rays original..so will check out the sugar free!
I am a Guy's BBQ sauce guy...but i grew up on it...he is married to my cousin and have had all his iterations of sauces thru the yrs...i was surprised to see it on the shelf in FL stores when they're based in Ohio...happy for em tho
LOVE seeing you all together! Lucy, I literally had to say your saying a few times because I couldn't figure out why it seemed off. "Right up my street"... :-) I always say "Right up my alley" Totally not sure if it depends on what part of the country maybe? Great close up shots of the dipping. I'd like to try that Cali Gold one.
Sugar free BBQ sauce is such a necessity! Although I've not had these as I'm not in the states, we have one called Skinny Sauces and they're surprisingly good! They have sugar free syrups for porridge and desserts too! Nothing beats a good spicy bbq sauce!
I have tried Sweet Baby Rays, tastes OK for dipping but it oxidizes badly if heated. Turns dark brown and looses the flavor. Tried G Hughes, thumbs down from the start. It has that strong chemical taste from the artificial sweetener, aspartame. If they could have toned that down, it might have been OK. Next, I'll be heading to Walmart to get some of the Kinders Zero Sugar sauce. They have some tasty rubs so maybe their sauce will follow suit. I looked up the ingredients. Kinders uses allulose instead of aspartame. Maybe their sauce will score some points with me. rocket
They all have sweeteners, just not cane sugar. They either have artificial sweeteners like sucralose (Splenda) or natural sugars like Allulose or Erithrytol or Stevia.
G Hughes bbq sauce may be “ sugar free” BUT IT HAS sucralose which has maltodextrin AND ITS CHLORINATED ! They try to hide it in the Ingredients and that’s sad.
I just tried the Kinder's Garlic BBQ sauce, and it was(drum roll).. horrible. The flavor of the sauce wasn't bad, but the fake sweetener aftertaste totally killed it. I'm not even sure what allulose(sweetener) is, but I know it's Not good.. *shudders* It almost reminded me of aspartame in diet soda. I gave it to my fiancee without saying a word, and she had the same exact negative reaction. I'm usually ocd about not wasting things, especially food, but it's going right in the garbage. I have a big bottle of the regular(that you tried), and that will be going back to Costco since it also uses allulose. I was super disappointed since their spice mixes are all really good. You've been warned people
Every salad dressing and BBQ sauce in stores has soy as an ingredient. Average testosterone among men 22 to 35 in 1984 was 1200. In 2000, that number fell to just under 700. Today, that number is in the 400s. When I think BBQ I think about the types of American dudes who stormed beaches in WWII or who died defending the Alamo. BBQ sauce should not lend itself to making cupcake princesses. If it has soy in it then that is precisely what it is doing!
Excellent video (also, bro. Congrats on bagging the limey smoke show)

This was really well done! The music is perfect for this and the little competition made this compelling. Great job!
Thank man. I appreciate you checking out the video!
G Hughes is the one we always keep in the fridge. Awesome video man 😎
Lucy puts it on everything now 🤣

Nothing like that hot sauce she almost died from on your channel lol
Great video! All these are good options 😋
Glad you enjoyed the video!
Thank you for your diabetic barbecue sauce reviews. If I can find the old Kentucky barbecue or the G Hughes sauce I will definitely get it.

Next time I'm in the UK, I'll have to look for those Skinny Sauces.
I definitely agree, spicy sauce is the best
Love G Hughes!!!!
Can't go wrong with G Hughes. I think they make a spicy version as well.
Where can I find the OKB?
I've had 2 out of the 5. I'll have to try the other 3.
I think you'll like the Carolina Red one. It has a good spice to it.
Where did you find that one at?
@@mariekraft9654 try Frys. If you don't have it at yours, I'll pick you up a bottle. :)
Her accent is so awesome!

100% agree!
I could drink Open Pit!
Ah yes that is a great one too. We were surprised on how many different options companies have now.
Yeah, I should probably start looking into the sugar free ones now that you two narrowed it down for me.🙂
sugar-free salad dressings
Good idea. Or fat free ones.
No barbecue was made in this video
This is how the majority of divorces start. Over the damn BBQ sauces.
🤣
