HYDROLYZED COLLAGEN
@HughMonteryPeaulocke true, I have gout and it was cutting out/back the sugars to lose weight that tamed it. My inflammation went down, to the point where pains that would take a week to go away are going away in a day or two. Mind you I intermittent fast as well.
Does collagen thicken blood? Heard some say this
Folks at my health food store said not to take it with protein or it can’t be absorbed. Is this true?
You have an Awesome Day ☀️
Is there a way vegetarians can increase collage.

Will unflavoured gelatine work?
Why didn't you mention beef bone broth, beef bones are so readily available from butchers and beef farms.
👏 Thank you, Doctor!
Did you know that when you clap your hands together is scares people?
It clears negative energy. But someone us have trauma so it scares what's in us 🎉
@@Thing.999 Have you ever seen when they are making a movie and the director say "Action!" and uses a clapperboard aka slate? Well he is doing the same thing with his hands. I seriously doubt he is doing some new age religious practice "negative energy clearing".
😅 new age. Thats funny. Have a sweet day my guy
Others say that bone broth isn’t a good source of collagen because the molecules are too large and not absorbed well.
Collagen is protein and it's hydrolyzed in the liver to transform it in amino acids
????????? TH-cam creator Brad Stanfield, MD contended that is does not matter what type number of collagen is taken because, when ingested, something transforms the various types into a less differentiated and much more basic (universal, generic) form anyway. ????????
MDs have no clue.
@@mweb1 When I have given talks over the last 12 years on nutrition, over 10% of my audiences have been full MD's or nurses. Only one MD heckled me. He has now become my client !!!!!!!!
I have the tablet form from Youtheory. Contains type 1,2&3. Is it safe to grind them down to powder? The tablets are too large for me to swallow.
