Happppy Friday everyone!! This video is PART 2 of the Beginner Front Splits video. If you're training for your splits or looking to improve lower body flexibility - this one's for you 💕. Remember to be very gentle with these stretches and listen to your body first. Let me know in the comments if you're working on your splits!!! 😍
A truly very effective sequence. I got the two front splits very good. And consider that I am a man, forty years old and very rusty. I will follow your channel for more mobility training. 🙏Thank you so much
All I can say is WOW. I've been trying to get my splits for years, and have final challenged myself to stretch everyday (with some rest days too of course) and this is by far the best splits stretching video I have ever done. I have sciatic nerve tension so it's very hard for me to get a good hamstring stretch and usually when lowering into my splits I can only feel the stretch behind my knee but today I could feel such a good, long stretch along my hamstrings. I was stuck around 7 inches on both sides but I managed to get down another 1-2 inches just doing this once. I will definitely be coming back to your videos, they're awesome!
That is Incredible!!! ❤️❤️ glad this video worked well for you! Keep listening and working with your body and you’ll get your splits one day soon ☺️ thank you!
This stretch had me shaking like crazy! Thanks for the great routine. I would love if you could upload some core routines in the future to help with stability
Love it!!! 😍Hope this routine helps get your closer to your goal. There's also a Beginner front splits video which I'd recommend trying out if you're new to these types of stretches. Thank you! It's taken me years to get here 💛
I think I've been doing the pigeon stretch in a wrong way all along. Would you do a video on how to properly do it? I don't think I can put my hip down and at the same time have them square. Possibly that's where I need to work on the stretch more.
Wooo!! Oh absolutely - a deep stretch once or twice a week would really help move you towards your goal. The kind of routine that makes you sore afterwards ;) Thanks Jenn 😍
