the "that's what you get" screen makes me remember the simpleflips video where he duped moneybags and got called out by the text in game for doing it.

That is a really cool romhack. I really Like the parallax effect it's rare to see that being used on NES hacks.

Wrong Warps leading to death trap rooms is some of the funniest shit I've ever seen. A game forcing someone to be honest is just plain silly and fun. 😁😂😝

This hack has parallax scrolling! For NES, that's a non-trivial thing to pull off, as I understand it.
It's actually very trivial, and I surprised more hacks don't do it

I'll add my own fact: in the mid-90s, McDonald's also made pizza at certain locations. It was actually pretty decent pizza too, so quality was not the reason they stopped. The reason they had to quick was because it took longer to make the pizzas (and required special equipment), and as a result, it would create huge lines of people waiting. not a good thing in a "fast food" restaurant.
I feel like they could have found a way around the pizza thing. Like Blaze pizza cooks all their pizzas in a minute

Going through this entire series, it’s a lot of fun. Great stuff. I am slightly baffled why the views range so wildly from 15k to 130k. They’re all good, people, stop judging a video by it’s title!

i always put H's in the CHR of my hacks to mark tiles i am not using, so i know what i can replace. if you were to open that up in a graphics editor, youd see tons of h's
