8 Things I Wish I Knew Before Buying a Suzuki Jimny JB74 (Things I Hate)

These are the things i hate about my Suzuki Jimny JB74. Perhaps take note if you are thinking about buying one. It may change your decision to buy one.
My car is the 1.5 Petrol LCV model with no rear seats & is essentially a light commercial vehicle. I do actually love the car, but as always, there are imperfections that bring the car down a bit for me.

Haha funny video. Agree about the engine power (or lack of!) but is part of the charm and I've other faster cars for when I want to go quicker. You seem to as well.
I'm getting low 40mpg from mine and think yours is likely due to the bigger wheels and non standard tyres, which will kill economy. The addition of the led strip won't help either. Also I think the strut isn't designed for the added weight of the aftermarket wheel/tyre. Sorry to be a bore, as they look great but think this is where your issues lie. But personally I think the Jimny looks great so a fair compromise all round 👍

Yes, agreed the mods while they look good, also have their side effects. I bought the car with all of these mods already in place and am mostly happy with the car. Yep have some other toys for when I’m in a hurry. Cheers 👍

What I really hate about it is how I paid a deposit on one and never actually got one, Suzuki dealers blurgh 😂..... The same dealer got in touch 2 years later, wanting to sell me one for 5k over list, go forth and multiply!
