A big part of becoming a content creator, whether its a streamer/youtuber or an art designer, is realizing that not everyone is going to like what you do and accepting that reality. That person, clearly hasn't realized that yet and abused the HELL out of their power because some people didn't like their art. Absolutely should lose their position.
Thanks for all that you do in the Hunt Community btw. You are one of the if not the only honest Hunt content creator left in the Hunt Showdown Community. You inspired me to get into content creation and I thank you for that.
There's a big difference between constructive criticism and pure negativity tho I think its fine to remove someone/something that isn't contributive and only detracts
it blows my mind that this discord mod is labeling putting a clown emote as a hate crime "anti LGBQT+ harrassment" ive had friends sent literal death threats, been beaten up, car tires slashed, etc just for being gay also for them to timeout people for only clowning on furry art is just crazy hopefully arrowhead does something cuz this is just insane

Do not engage in excessively rude, negative, antagonistic, threatening, or DEGRADING commentary toward other Helldivers, developers, or staff. the channel is called Fan art not art critique, im a art major myself and the first rule you learn is critique is only given when its asked for. i personally don't agree to the bans myself but this whole drama seems super overblown and there is no way in Hell that Arrow Head full addresses a few people getting banned on discord
If putting a reaction on art that is negative counts as being excessively rude and degrading, then you have an unhinged and unreasonable low standard on what excessively rude is. The mod held that low unhinged standard and enforced on their art when no one else what getting that negative reaction. It was only applied when it was applied to their art and no one else. The mod(s) should be removed. They are not getting paid for what they do so head should roll for making bad PR for Arrowhead.
@@WiseGuyVito i agree that the Mod was stepping out of line when came to the banning. i will say putting a vomit emoji under some ones art is being excessively rude and degrading like if i went to an art gallery and started loudly making vomit noises while looking at the art pieces it would not be unreasonable for the staff to ask me to leave. i will say if i was a mod i would probably just give a verb warning.

It’s a reach to say it’s the same as making vomit noises loudly in a museum, when it can more be akin to saying eww at the art museum or “this is ugly” like some people actually do when seeing art of naked people as well. Those people don’t have security called because their overhead saying it’s ugly and disgusting seeing naked people in weird positions. Also it can just be a meme to do so. That doesn’t actually equate to real hatred.
Discord isn't a public forum, it's a private space. The mods and devs can do whatever they want in there, it's their space to moderate. Don't like it, then leave. Welcome to reality, get over it, it's a discord server lol
I dont think you watch the vid or the point of the video. The rules were not equally applied, the mod got some downvotes on their art and thus the community needed to be leashed and punished. The rules are for thee but not for me.
