I think people forget the original ANUA 77% Toner is for Soothing NOT Hydration/Moisturizing which is wrongly marketed as "Moisturizing" on third party sites. However on their US site they state it's "A soothing toner formulated with Heartleaf Extract, designed to calm irritation and moisturize the skin." So it really for people with Ance prone skin.
I got the rice toner one and I regret it so much! It does hydrate my skin, but it leaves a sticky feel on my face and it makes me feel all gross and humid. ESPECIALLY when it's humid out.
I love ur videos ..can u also suggest me toner..i have dry to normal skin and confused..i hate sticky toners..so i dont know which i should for glass skin and treat little textured skin

Unfortunately I did change my mind…it doesn’t usually happen often but I’ve found other toners that are more brightening imo
