Metal Gear Solid 2 HD - How to easily beat the Harrier on E-Ex difficulty

Here's a very easy and consistent method for this boss on European Extreme difficulty. It works all the time and is not random at all. It doesn't require any particular skills, which is why I highly recommend using it if you have trouble with this boss.
