Both Aussies & New Zealanders love this legend and you can see why. As you go on this journey with John Farnham you will find out this icon can sing any genre & get this even opera. John is just a down to earth, funny, kind person and on stage, it's all about the person he's singing with or his band never about him. When he sings live or he touring it is all about his fans, the crowd he loves interacting with them. He will let them sing parts of songs & I find this extraordinary even when he is belting these incredible notes he's bending over shaking peoples hands, taking flowers and never misses a beat simply amazing. When you attend a concert of John's he will give you a performance of a lifetime, full on energy, crowd interaction, mic stand twirling and even comedy. Just with the mic stand thing during a live performance of 'You're The Voice' he throws it up in air spinning then catches it. For me John is the G.O.A.T because of his range, the ability to bring that rasp when needed, the fact it's never about him it's his band or the writers of the songs, & the biggest thing the crowd, his fans and the love to entertain especially when it comes time to raise money for people that are needing help. I'm not quite sure why he never threw his talent around the world I'll have to let someone else explain that, please guys. But thank you for getting 'The Voice' as he is known in Aussie & NZ, now I know this is a stretch but you will love this version of Cold Chisel's 'When The War Is Over' th-cam.com/video/BekbvlLzMWc/w-d-xo.html, and if I could squeeze one more in 'That's Freedom' th-cam.com/video/JWjtlMBl3Xo/w-d-xo.html, thanks again and have fun listening to the best there will be.

My favourite John Farnham song. I'm so glad you liked it. It shows him in more light than just singing. He is a wonderful man, nice, funny and very approachable. And OMG, what a voice. That is why he is an "Australian National Treasure". We all love him.
John is a kidder but a genuine human being who never disappoints his fans & he respects his peers as they do of him this is why he is Australia's Voice, this is undisputed. All jokes aside he loves to sing & he takes his job seriously. Never missed a concert yet. Please check out his performance with Celine Dion, August 8, 2018 in Melbourne. Celine adores him & says he is contagious, she is right, he is.

I do not have the words to describe his performance that night and he was just as strong at the end of the night as at the beginning. Multiple Encores too! Haha, she's been working with him for a very long time. She's used to his antics. The thing that always struck me growing up, unlike a lot of singers, Farnsy always holds the mic far from his mouth
