This reminds me how i found Greg Koch - i was watching guitar demos and discovered a monster player. Same here, come for the gear, stay for the player. Incredible drumming.
Holy cow, these look great. Hope the build quality holds up. I know they're on the budget end of the spectrum, but they're defo seem to be upping their game.
They don't unfortunately (know this from experience and from experience of others). For better or worse I still think the Lemon offering are still the most robust and best triggering of the budget cymbals. I have gone with all Efnote cymbals personally - yeah they're expensive but honestly the absolute best analogue e-cymbals on the market bar none. (Not including the Roland digital HH / ride here as they are obviously something very different and can only be used with TD27, TD50/x, & V71).
@@Acoustic2Electronic yeah the Efnote system from what I can see and hear from users is the best non-digital hihat around. I got some ATV cymbals (hihat, crashes and ride) as they were the basis for the Efnote cymbals and I’m pretty happy with them I have to say. I would love to try and Efnote kit to see how they compare though.
Did you change the Velocity on EZdrummer? Would be awesome to see how you set up EZdrummer for playing on E-Drums. And also the Settings on the Hi-Hat are amazing! Did you change trigger Settings on the TD-50 as well?
These electronic drums look truly impressive, especially considering their technical specifications and price. I want to understand if there's a catch. As I understand it, this is a full drum kit with all stands and a native module? If that's the case, this is the most ideal offer.
Hey man, this is not a drum-tec kit :-D In fact, I'm not working with drum-tec anymore since late 2023. You can find awesome kits with great finishes as well as grey rim protectors on de.aehybriddrums.com though if you like. Kind regards!
Were you listening to the EZ drummer sounds while tracking and if so, how's the latency? Seems like SD and EZ drummer are the only solutions to the machine-gun effect...?
@@Flam_Five Sure I am always monitoring the sounds I play with, latency is depending on your cpu power and audio driver / interface. It’s no problem to play with any software library with no perceivable latency. Kind regards!
2:02 Ralph is so a wonderful drummer that is able to make an e-kit talk up to an unknown level of expresiveness. Simply put.
@@donceldrums7917 Thank you pal! ✌️
+1, he's the best player consistently making edrums sound great.

Those drums look very nice (have not seen this brand before). The playing is also very good, but that was expected ;-)
Agreed! Ralf is (in my opinion) one of the very finest drummers in all of Europe.
@@Acoustic2Electronic Thank you so much! ✌
This set looks quite promising. Hopefully they can add some kits with bigger pads but shallower kick in the future!
Will this kit work with just a Roland Module or does it need to trigger EZ Drummer?
@@LorenzoBadillo-r6n Hey lorenzo, sure it will work with only the module. Kind regards
These are only drums and cymbals with no in house module, right?
They actually sell a module
@@Acoustic2Electronic They do make a module, but I haven't had the chance to try it yet. Kind regards!
@@digitaldrumming Thanks for the answer! Great playing as always!

I love the color. Does Drum-tec sell matching grey rim protectors?

Kann man dieses Set bei dir im Laden testen?
@@Crusuma Leider nein, aber andere tolle Kits von Efnote, Gewa & AE Hybrid 🕺🏻
Ich schaue demnächst mal vorbei ;)
