What he meant was that it got exceptionally low reviews for what it was. It was a good action movie. I enjoyed that aspect of it. Not every movie has to make you challenge the way you think. If you seriously disliked it, good for you, someone seriously dislikes everything. What he is trying to say is that it had an unusually high number of serious dislikers for a solid action film.
It was a hell of a movie. Action packed. Exactly what a summer blockbuster was supposed to be. Decent Story. AMAZING bad guy. An actual bad guy this time. Not some bald asshole with billions of dollars. An actual super powered bad guy who he had to PUNCH. Repeatedly. Great movie.

(4:45) All you hear is a sound like the sky had split open and you see a tiny dot in the distance moving super fast toward you and then all of a sudden he shows up,then a close up of the big S his eyes glowing red, (5:00) . WOULD BE EPIC.
Personally, I enjoyed the hell out of this film during its premiere, but I can't ignore the film's extensive list of flaws. There's actually a very, very earnest and amazing film in 'Man Of Steel'. The beginning and end is intact. The rest of the film? Imagine taking a really well-made flick and just shaking the shit out of everything in the middle. Just, shambles; and you have 'Man Of Steel'. The casting was on point. The action was exactly something that I and I'm sure many fans have dreamed of for a long time. And the score was enthralling. 'Man Of Steel' harbored all the elements of what could have been an unforgettable cinematic experience. Too bad it was so broken. As long as 'Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice' provides the same experience as 'Man Of Steel' even at its lowest, I'll be content.
It's refreshing to see someone that expresses a lucid awareness of Man of Steel's deformities while still being able to enjoy its still-intact qualities and feel that it was an overall sweet experience. I often see more polar comments.
I can agree with you on the ending wrapping everything up in a nice, neat, bow, but I didn't like how they did the beginning. Rather than just letting the despair of the end of the world sink in and letting us feel the loss and sadness as Krypton dies, I thought they really screwed up by having Zod's invasion go on at the same time. All of the emotion, subtlety, and sadness there should've been in that scene is instead traded away for the same obnoxious, drawn-out action scenes that take up 80% of the movie.
SUPERMAN RETURNS IN JUSTICE LEAGUE ( AT 4:45 ---5:00) In the soundtrack i picture superman returning with glowing red eyes. It was at this moment Steppenwolf knew..... HE FUCKED UP

HassanTDKR I think they're taking it in the same way as TAS was, where Supes was shown at a set point in power, or else everything would be too easy and thus no challenge. Like imagine if he smashed the world engine machine with the same ease as Hulk smashing that leviathan thing? It wouldn't have that same feeling of effort. I think it's the perfect music for the kind of 'New Greek Mythology' that DC and the other major comic series, cough-MARVEL-cough, has been updating and renewing like gangbusters lately. Hans Zimmer is a genius. The Bible's Old Testament, IMO, was very god-centric, but the New Testament is a bit more people-centric, in that there were seemingly more people telling their accounts of certain events. Like the Gospels. The latter testament seems a bit more empathic. So do the latest iterations of what DC has produced. Have listened to many soundtracks from DC movies and animated series, all very inspiring and relevant to their slightly differing stories. At first listen (and glance), they seem to be about the costumed heroes, but after it's over, mostly, I walk away with another story and epic theme under my belt (or in my head) and know I also have much thinking to do.
People are too hard on this movie. Just calm down its not a drama its a comic book movie just enjoy it and stop finding a reason to not like it. Yeah it has flaws but every movie does thats just life
Note ture. General Zod calls it "World Engine" for the ability to adapt a world. It's Dr. Hamilton who says that this machine is "terraforming" 'cause is transforming our terra (Earth).
This movie was deff supposed to be darker. I've heard zack personally say that him self. And it's very easy to tell when u watch the movie. This soundtrack is clearly the real one, it plays through the whole movie!! Lol but please don't get me wrong... I LOVE the fact is darker and more life like. And soundtrack is just incredible

No words to describe the immensity of the power of this soundtrack
Yeah it has flaws but every movie does thats just life
My favorite part of any song- 1:14-1:29
So motivational, I love the music. Superman Man Of Steal - Best Music Of The Year
Lol man of steal
Steal bruh😂😂😂😂 "steel"
I love the last 2 minutes of this track.
Really should be called 'Kryptonforming'
krypterraforming
Note ture. General Zod calls it "World Engine" for the ability to adapt a world. It's Dr. Hamilton who says that this machine is "terraforming" 'cause is transforming our terra (Earth).
But they want "reforming" Krypton sont acs197 IS alright
The beginning of this track is epic
This movie was deff supposed to be darker. I've heard zack personally say that him self. And it's very easy to tell when u watch the movie. This soundtrack is clearly the real one, it plays through the whole movie!! Lol but please don't get me wrong... I LOVE the fact is darker and more life like. And soundtrack is just incredible
