@@vv402 The 12.9 was great for screen space but was less like the iPad experience I was use to and I had a MBP 14 so prioritized portability. They are both great, you won’t go wrong either way.
And I think people see 2 in and they go that's not that big of a difference but it's the diagonal length so it's significantly larger. Like how a 27-inch monitor and a 34-inch monitor it feels like you've doubled the size of it
@@shameermulji Thanks for the reply, and yep you're absolutely right the 11" is better for general purpose watching due to it's aspect ratio being closer to typical video content.
I just took my new 13” M4 I bought yesterday and exchanged it today for a 11” - now all is good. The 13” was absolutely too unwieldy for a tablet. Nano screen is wonderful. Unless the 13 is primarily on your desk, don’t do what I did.
This helped me out SO much. I currently have an 11 inch that I want to upgrade relatively soon (probably within a year), and I was debating getting a 13 inch. I was trying to hard to map out all the pros and cons, but you put it all in a nice and concise video that really organized the types of thoughts I was having. Being a college student and having experienced those the aforementioned tiny desks, I’ll probably be sticking with the 11 inch. Thank you!
Love the concise video. Great value addition instead of just regurgitating information like everyone else. I currently have the 13 inch M4 but am considering swapping for the 11. I already have the 14 inch MBP for my business and the 11 feels like it would be a better companion and meeting device.
Get which ever you like….the 13in is the size of a notebook paper, how in the hell is it not portable! 😮 😮 these reviewers need to visit planet fitness a few times week perhaps 😂
The 11 is slightly less resonant and more flat compared to the 13, but the difference is minimal and both are excellent choices for multimedia use. For professional audio work, such as music creation, you would likely opt for headphones anyway.
If handheld, the 11 is the better option. The 13' and 12.9 of the previous option are the better option if you know you will mostly use them on tables or desks
Which will you reccomend as a interior designer. I just started my journey however i do know they ill need a big screen like a4 size so that i dun have to constantly zoom in and out. but ill also be taking ipad to job site to show the sketches. Hence im still troubled between the sizes.. i have big hands so when i hold both to me it still seem okay just that im not sure for the long run which will suit me
Between the two sizes which should I get? I only travel to work and back home with it mostly maybe my grandpa’s house once in awhile. That being said which size would be better? Also is the screen size watching videos a huge difference or pretty similar?
If u hangout at your grandparents house in the couch definitely the 11 inch as its more comfortable to hold for long period of time and for movies which alot are wide screen movies in the 13 inch they arent much bigger because of the aspect ratio so you wont benefit much for the larger screen and have to carry around a large and heavier device for a very minor difference in watching movies and also watching youtube videos as well. The pnly time you will notice a difference in videos are fullscreen movies but most 4k HDR movies are widescreen and yotube videos as well are widescreen
After my GCSEs I’m looking to buy an iPad Pro, and I’m not sure between getting the 13 inch or 11 inch, if I were to get the 11 inch I was wondering if it is worth also getting a monitor so I could use an external keyboard and mouse with the monitor and iPad while at home at my desk, but then I could just use the iPad when I’m at school for example. What do you think? Is there any point also getting a monitor, and should I go 11 inch or 13 inch?
no, just get the 13 inch. Messing around with monitors is a waste of time. You need to maximise you productivity, and thats going to happen with one, large display. No need multiple displays.
Smaller is better, more comfortable, easier to hold. It’s what she said.
They are both great. I’ve owned a 12.9 and currently own the 11. Personally I like the smaller.
Why? Could you explain it?

You forgot the difference in aspect ratio, perhaps the biggest difference after actual size.

120 for pros
What about the speak/sound quality? How do they stack against each other?

What happened at 3:39? Inaccurate sizing? I feel like you should probably have the right proportions down, when making a video like this.

the bezels still too thick for the high price tag. I will skip both for the time being.
It's a tablet, you need bezels.
How else do you hold it without touching the screen?
