The slight defect that you are pointing out does not effect the use of the blade. They are making a business decision to keep costs down and provide acceptable standards.

I see your point, but it doesn't sit well with me. However, I can see most people not caring. it just kind of bugged me to realize a big pack of blades isn't being produced with good quality. It's at least enough for me to avoid Husky and buy something else in the future.
