Well, sometimes cold butter. And the have a couple of adjustments that are not all that necessary, but nice. Truly a joy to use!

I own this tool and have used it for years. Fully endorse. Thousands of strips and still going strong.

Low voltage/security guy here and I like this tool in theory but feel like on a jobsite id be made fun of constantly for using this over other methods. But it would be perfect because i use so many different types of wire it would be usef

Alot of bad reviews for the same issues.

I’ve had this for a few years and it’s awesome. I never use my other wire strippers anymore cuz this is so good. I don’t use it a daily, I’m not an electrician, but I’ve used it a few hundred times and it’s been flawless. I usually don’t use the limiter, I keep it down and out of the way too.

You should have explained how it works. I can see it work and still not understand.

Tried the Weidmuller Stripax before? I work as an electromechanical engineer and couldn't recommend them more. Only problem I have is they're glass-fibre filled nylon rather than metal

Have had the Irwin one for almost a decade, curious is this is any better in quality and consistency. Looks like a clone tbh.

Damn... just bought the Irwin equivalent and it's pretty good but the strip length adjuster is plastic and looks flimsy to me... not likely to last long enough IMHO. Looking at the Klein, yep, all metal.

Great demo, thanks. After removing the outer sheath of the romex, you can strip both cores together, as the jaws are wide enough for 2 or 3 cables.

Saw your video and immediately bought. It arrived, and it feels like a dream come true. I produce video cables for Apple-1 replicas and it was a pain in the you-know-where to strip the wires. It. Took. Ages. Now with that thing - piece of cake. Thanks so much for this video!

As home depot quit carrying klein, they had this on clearance for 10 bucks. Instant buy

I just bought one after destroying one gauge after another. This tool is a blessing.

I love these, had them for 3 years now. I've used it for 10awg stranded THHN, just have to push down on the top slightly when doing so. The best situation i've used them for is while on a ladder doing lighting. There is no motion from your arm trying to strip a wire with standard strippers. Can knock them all out in a few seconds. I keep a pair at home and a pair at work.

I've had the "Stanley " ones (I believe they're made in China) for 3 years now and I don't know how to do electrical/electronics work without it. It is really that easy and fast.

I was about to purchase the Katapult, but this video convinced me that the self-adjusting one might be a better idea. Thanks!
