the fact this guy DOESNT get at the very least 5000 views in the first 10 minutes when his animations look like they're made by a multibillion company BY ONE SINGULAR GUY
love this review setup!! the way its adding up to the price, and being honest, as well as the WII theme and UI. i would LOVE to watch more of these in the future! it helps me decide if a game is worth it or if i personally will like it. you're DEF helping me out! no more wasting money on nintendo games i wont like!!
@@GetMadzIt's nice way to get a review of a game without using the basic ?/10 ranking system. This is my personal preference, but I don't like tieing game length to it's value. Since I've gotten a lasting impact on games thats are only a couple of hours long. But that's my two cents. I still like the format though!
@legopokemon9199 yeah agreed its more about the quality of those hours then the amount of hours themselves imo so its cool that the side quests add a dozen hours but if the sides quests are boring then I think thats should actually give negative points personally
What I love the most about the game is that she's a summoner. I enjoy summoner builds in RPGs but they're not as primarily focused as echoes is. You might have a turret or a couple creeps but Echoes has over 100 summons. They could've made her a mage like every other game but they went all in on summoning. I hope Pokemon uses some of echoes systems
I'm not that big on Zelda. I mostly get Zelda if my parents just assume i like it. Twilight Princess was just a random christmas gift and a dragged out chore at times. Ocorina of Time was just a 3DS game grandma just randomly felt like having around. Not as dragged out as TP but still a drag. Breath of the Wild was a hand me down from a new friend i just made and it was actually kinda fun.
yes next question ok now i'll watch the video edit: i'm glad we agree GetMadz of youtube fame, i now eagerly await the toonuki lab video of "ARTISTS MAKE THEIR OWN ZELDA ECHOES????"
I honestly think they should've named it The Tale of Link, so all the games focus on the non-player character. And to completely confuse any and all newcomers, making them think Link is Zelda, and Zelda is Link.
i don't click onto your videos all too often but i am jumpscared by you being british every time. i somehow always forget and it's terrifying every time.
Thanks for the great video Madz! I personally don't think its worth 60€ so Im going to wait for more reviews and stuff and if I do decide to get it Ill see if I can get it 2nd hand for cheaper because that has often saved me like 15-20 bucks which is more then worth it imo.
I got my copy new for around $45 USD, and then around like $8 in cheap shipping. Play-Asia was selling a lot of Japanese games new for under retail price, also got the Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door around the same price by importing it as well. The slow cheap shipping took awhile, but they still charged less that GameStop once I accounted for tax and shipping from GameStop. The Switch is region free, so importing game is fine. They were holding a lot of the low prices, but they might change them soon. They also often do sales.
@@LuckyBenjamin_ You can do what you want, they just had a lot that was under $50 USD. I got mine new from them. The wait was long but that saved well over $15 USD from GameStop shipping plus our state tax.
obviously this whole money rating system isn't something too serious but that playtime:money ratio felt horribly flawed, a game thats 60 hours of watching paint dry shouldnt be 60 dollars worth of value, rather id feel it would make more sense for play time to be done at the very end as a multiplier
I actually thought the story was kind of light. It shows Ganon as a prominent foe from the start. But then kind of pushed him aside for the main antagonist. Like they could have made the story longer and have more twists, kind of like Kid Icarus Uprising did.
Eow is great but I wouldn’t recommend it to people afraid of slower pace gameplay Picking and finding echoes becomes a chore late game but that doesn’t bother me that much although I understand it might bother some people
Technically triforce heroes is a multiplayer game so the last 2d zelda was a link between worlds which released 11 years ago, but that game reused a lot of a link to the past's overworld, so it was actually spirit tracks from 15 years ago
I completed the game. It really is one of the weakest Zelda titles ever. It has a few good moments, but on the whole it's just not a good Zelda game. Very weak dungeons, weak puzzles, weak characters, little atmosphere, lots of repetition and boredom. It looks as if it wasn't developed by Nintendo itself, but by some external studio.
As someone who played it, yes, the only time I hated the game was the fuck-ass smoothie system driving me insane It felt worth the $60 and then I forgot I used eshop tickets to get it for $50 💀
