I'm 47 and started mewing a year ago and i definitely can see a difference on my chin especially. I started to get a little double chin and wanted to do something about it. I also constantly bring awareness into my posture throughout the day. Its never too late to improve ourselves even if they say it takes longer. I don't care i see a difference and i feel better

When I do the hard mew after I get the suction hold i press hard as I can with an even force perfectly but the muscle under the chin is engaging, is it supposed to do that?

I have Invisalign with bite ramps. Will I still be able to get the same benefits from mewing even though I’m not able to bite down all the way? My bite is good, the reason why I have the ramps is because I still have my impacted wisdom teeth but they create a curved bite if that makes sense.

Honestly, it's not about age, it's condistancy and maybe a lot of people will mew but not a lot of people will be consistent with it enough to see the results

You don’t even need a palate expander. My tongue touched much of the teeth on the side. Now it’s fitting way better on the roof of the mouth without using a palate expander

Very nice exercise at the end. What he says at the end about not doing it if you have TMJ, reminds me how far I've come along with Mewing ever since I discovered Mewing in 2018. I used to have severe TMJ and would constantly having popping and clicking of the jaw. Not anymore, all thanks to Mewing and Dr. Mike Mew and his father. It really changed my life. I really enjoy practicing the exercises and using the app.
