A lot of management fail to understand that if there is a problem with the staff, the problem is them. Blame always goes up and it ends with the boss.

You've obviously never watched these programs. They explain to the place the boss visits that the person is on a TV show to see how running a business would be like before starting up a business.
The undercover nature of the show is thar the CEO is introduced as a new employee (usually). The employees don't know he is the CEO of the company because he/she is in disguise.
Thats why you would be paid less than the others.
You just got to look at the bosses themselves, in reality they only cared about their staff in front of the camera, it's all about the almighty dollar nothing else matters to those greedy Muppets.
Why is it that these 'undercover bosses" can't splurge a little and get a decent disguise? That one guy looked like a really bad Little Orphan Annie for crying out loud!
What's really disgusting about Undercover Boss is that now you really cannot be FRIENDS with your co-workers. Don't even TRY, or you might get FIRED. Treat your co-workers like they're the BOSS; stay distant, don't SHARE personal feelings or INFORMATION with them, don't EAT with them. I do all of these things to stay DISTANT from my fellow coworker, but it doesn't make me happy at all. I'm just AFRAID of losing my job talking to them. This show gives me good reason to be afraid of my fellow coworker. We have NO friends at work! This isn't "Mayberry, USA" anymore.
Never trust your colleagues anyway, they'll happily throw you under the bus to get good with the management.
That dude that doesn't like kids I don't like. I have a 7 year old they make a mess it happens. But saying you want to punch a child no dice bro. Owner should of put hands on dude
