When it comes to coaches does their preferred formation matter ? Like I play with a 433 and must the coach also have the same formation or does that not matter ?
I have never worried about this personally. The only time I could see this being a big issue is if you leave a coach in charge of a game while you go on holiday.

I’m on Xbox and when I go onto search there’s no option to search for staff
I don't have access to the Xbox version otherwise I'd love to help.
