Hello, Instead of giving staff, can you provide a video on the stats to filter for so we can search for staff, especially at lower league teams. These staff here have too high reputation to sign for certain clubs. For example for player potential scout, scouting potential at least 15, but some jobs need more than one stat to be high, such as attacking coach. Thank you. Or i could just watch the whole video before commenting!
I use a mod that allows managing teams all the way down to English Tier 8. I have a save with Guernsey and my Head of Youth Development (the best one who would sign) has the relevant stats no higher than 4. I can only dream of these staff members. Maybe in 30 years, when I'm winning the Prem and Champs League, I'll have some excellent regens
I'm managing lowest level league in England and Jess Ibrom said he was not interested in joining. Also David Moss is only appearing with 8 at negotiating is that good enough for lower league team ?
He WAS the Chief Scout for Manchester United from 2005-2022. I also let him move down to Head of Youth Development and even take a redundant role as Scout for New Zealand.

What staff responsibilities do u have to have on for that
the most of this staff is not for teams under 4 stars reputation.....
How do I find some of these staff because when I search for them they don't pop up. Im new to the game
half of these staffs are not available to me.anyone help pls

You need to have a total of 40 in discipline, determination and motivation. Plus tactical/ technical coupled with attack/defence/mental.

Just use FM Editor and chance stats to 20
