- Stephanie at Hightower Stitching's one part tutorial is making stuffed hexagon flowers into a quilt and includes machine & hand stitching, quilt as you go, and use of orphan batting and fabrics. There are muti-steps which keep this project from being too boring and creates a quilt that you will love to hold or share.

I love this method and it would make a really fun baby quilt or couch throw. ❤
I am thinking about a gift also...my next experiment will be with squares (5") or 4" so they are easy to work with. Then, there won't be any issue about the sides. But, I am really liking the uneven edge of the big hexagon flowers. Thank you for watching.
That’s a neat way to do it, nice and cozy!
Glad you like it! I just tried 4 1/2 inch square and that was fun...only 4 corners and edges will all be straight. Kid /toddler blanket is my goal. Have fun!
