You did a good job of “roasting.” I did laugh when you suggested moving the big antique piece to another room in the NYC apartment because there probably isn’t another room. I live in nyc and you can’t imagine how small the apartments are unless you are a multi-billionaire. My guess is she has no coffee table in the living room because it doubles as a bedroom with a pull out sofa or Murphy bed . It really is a pain moving furniture every night for your Murphy bed or pull out sofa. It is easier to have less furniture.

@@rouman4757 - thank you! I will visit my father's homeland one day...hopefully sooner than later. I don't know any other Holevas's here in the states. I know there are some in the eastern part of the states, but not near to me. My father was from a small village called Bralos, which is on the slopes of Mount Kallidromon. I don't know the Greece land, so forgive me if I spelled either of those incorrectly. Thank you for reaching out, please send your family love from a Greek family state-side. I am proud of my heritage. Please be well & peaceful. Much love- Linda

First, love that vase, LOVE that blazer!
First house--It's hard to tell the dimensions from the photo, but I think she should rotate the sectional with one end of the sofa next to the wall. Then she'd have room for some other things, like the red chair, the ottoman, and maybe even a coffee table. I like to arrange LVR furniture so it creates an enclosed space, like a room within a room, separate from the entry. It feels like she has everything up against the wall to make room for walking through it. (That short wall in the path of the door doesn't help.) Totally agree with your carpet comments.
Fourth house--One of those huge paintings should go above the low console. It seems the view through the glass doors is enough visuals for that wall.

You were so kind. Of course the setups are the way they are. NO ONE speaks person to person, face to face. Everyone "visits" with phones, iPads, computers in their hands. No memorable moments. That is why I have a basket on a console table and YES drop it in. OH and don't take too long in my "beautiful" bathroom. Those BR mirror pics. GIRL!!! Good job! LOL

i actually like the rug. i think it looks good against the dark wood flooring. its the only good thing in the room. btw, thats a good size dog. he needs lots of exercise. they should take him on a DAILY walks/run to use up some energy & then hes more relaxed at home & not chewing up couches out of frustration. lots of chew toys help, otherwise gate him to one room while youre gone, like the kitchen.
