This is really a good video. At least 75% of players in my league, regardless of what age ranged, have no idea how soccer cleat should fit. It's really a shame. People just buy their normal street shoe size, and then even when they have problems they're just like, "well this is my size so I don't know" and that's it.
Also the advice for kids shoes and growth is right on. The one that is the perfect size at the start of the season is the one to go with, don't try to upsize for growth because you'll always be replacing them to too large shoes every time. We got the Adidas Accuracy.1 for our 10 year old and it's an amazing shoe. Nice and tight but also super comfortable like a second skin.
Thanks Josh! I was looking forward to this video, you really describe every aspect thoroughly, thanks for the dedication! You're definitely the best in the business, keep the good work.
Wow, this is the best info on soccer shoe sizing! It is interesting to see how different types of shoes for different sports are supposed to fit. For example Ski boots = very tight but not painful Soccer shoes = very snug but comfortable Street shoes = normal Hiking shoes = size up
yes, that's what I'm talking about when you asked "what tyoe of video do you want to see next"...different type of video like you did on the last videos :). Welldone Josh! Also..thanks again and again for you're work
I have EvoPower 1 and US8.5 was perfect, so I got the same size for 1.3 However, 1.3 seems to run abit longer. While my 2nd toes is about to touch the top, there is about half inch gap at the big toe while the width and rest of the fit is good.. Going down half size will mean the boots too short in length due to my 2nd toe slightly cramp against the end of the boot... So do I stay true to size or down half a size in this case?
Im 9.5 U.S and no longer growing. I bought tiempos in 9.5 but they have about half a thumb of space. Should i try a 9 or is that an adequate size? Thanks
Should you feel the big toe touching the leather? The exact size as you say isn't comfortable while playing (Big toe hurts) (but has better ball control/kicking).
Hey there Josh, thanks for the video I got a black toe nail problem caused by my big toe banging the front of my shoe from size 10 Adidas Ace 16.4. It's quite tight already i believe, but it still happen. My foot is at 10.4 - 10.5" long, and i wore an old Nike before with no problem. Should i upsize or downsize my shoe? I'm planning for a Nike Tiempo Ligera 4 next.
Last year I got myself the ace 16.3 hyper blue in a size 10 UK (which is the size I wear) and these boots somehow felt too small (length wise). When playing with them after 5 min I got terrible shin-splints, so bad that I had to stop playing and rest as i am unable to run or walk, unable to feel anything in my lower legs... Yesterday i tried on a pair of Ace 16.2 hyper yellow (which i wanted for some time) in size 10.5 UK and size 11 UK. The 10.5 seemed fine in Width but the length my toe was right up to the front of the boot. The size 11 however had about a thumb's width in front of my toe and about a 1/4 thumb worth of play around the sides of my foot (but only the front of my foot). I being scared of having shin splint again went with the size 11 rather. I hope I made the right choice this time... i'm yet to break them in... note when fitting these boots I took my football socks with which are quite thick, this I didn't do when I bough the ace 16.3 :(
Could you please compare shoe sizing between Adidas Copa Mundial and Adidas World Cup? I've read somewhere that if planning on buying a pair of Adidas World Cup, one shoud buy a 1/2 or 1 size larger that you would normally do if you were buying a pair of Copa Mundial boots. I own a pair of World Cup cleats in size 9 US, and I'd like to get a pair of World Cup cleats, so should I get them in 9 1/2 or even 10 US? Thanks. By the way, I can only get these boots online because down here in Perú, retailers haven't offered them in quite a while, thereby not being able to try them on and see how they feel as I'm wearing them.
+Reid Addison I have a pair of the tech craft superflys and they fit perfectly besides the toe which there is a little bit of growing room, if I double socked then they would fit how Josh likes his cleats but I don't do I can retain that thin and barefoot feel, so yes id say double socking kinda defeats the purpose
Hi Josh, I was wondering where you got the adidas ace 16+ pure control black/green stripes with multicoloured sole plate. On the top row of you boot rack to the left of your head
Do they have to feel perfect right the moment you try them on or should one account for break-in time? Let's say I get a pair of boots but they are slightly too tight on the toebox. Do I say "oh after break in time, they should feel just right" or should I choose another pair?
+woodyfly You have to judge that for yourself. If something is going to cause discomfort, you can generally tell when you put them on, but sometimes issues won't pop up until you actually start wearing them. If you can tell that your going to have problems right away, that shoe might not be the best idea.
Hey Josh I wear size 9 US vapor 11s and they fit perfectly but I recently bought a pair of superfly 5s knowing that the sizing is the same and that both of these models are for narrow feet. The width on the superflys is good, but in terms of length, the superfly is too long. Is this a problem with my feet being too narrow?
I found the length to be exactly the same in both the Superfly and Vapor. I don't see how they would be too big if they're the same size? Are you sure they're real? Counterfeits tend to fit much larger in comparison to the real thing.
So I have a quick question I got me a concove volt 1. 0 indoor shoes of size 9, and when wearing them they fit pretty tight and good but it's just at the top of my toe theres a little bit of space but I don't know how much space exactly I would say maybe 1/2 or 1/4, is that considered too big or should I replace them and get in eight and a half size? Thanks
Had this issue with my Magista opus!😭 I had Nike premier is size 11 and they fit pretty good (probs should have got size 10.5UK) although my true size was a UK10. so when I needed a new pair I got a UK11 in my magistas and ever since my feet have been blistered and cut up. I've just bought the adidas gloro 15.1 in that awesome new black/red predator looking colourway in size 10UK. Morale of the story, leather boots just fit better in my opinion! Josh are you planning on making a review on these new colour gloro??? Please
Hi josh. I have to ask. I get hard skin/minor blisters on the inside of my big toe and on the inside of the ball of my foot below my big toe. I just played in some tiempos where I have about half an inch of room, maybe slightly less at the end of my toe. I can't completely fill the toe box area like you do with your boots. If I do, having almost no room at the end of my boot, I then feel like my little toes are getting crushed when running. If I then go half a size up, there is about half an inch or slightly less at the end of my toe. Are they too big if there's about half an inch at the end of my feet. As I mentioned, I can't seem to fill my boot out with no space like you do with your smaller size boot in the video. If I do fill it out in most boots then it feels a bit too crushed. It happened when I had a size 9 and a half instead of a 10 in the tiempo. My little toes were getting crushed and I felt like I couldn't run properly
Hey Josh, I can say I have a different shape than most cleats, what can I do? Is it better to buy leather shoes or should l try a lower brand? Thanks in advance! Great video by the way!
i just picked up some adidas x 16.2's at a size 11 (uk). The heel and midfoot fit perfectly and i cant see my feet sliding inside them however there is about an inch in excess length and the width of my forefoot doesn't properly fit with the shape of the boot's forefoot shape. Should i get a size 10 uk or not
Hi Josh, I've tried many different brands and sizes and I always get blisters after playing for about an hour or so. My first cleats were tiempo legend 4's in size 9. I found that they stretched a lot (leather) and didn't give me a snug, secure fit that I wanted. These probably caused me the most blisters. Next I tried a pair of Vapor 8's in size 8.5. Super snug but I liked the fit at first. I played mostly on AG fields and found these to be very unstable on AG. The studs were just way too high. Eventually they fit me too small (discomfort in the toe box). I then realized that my feet are different sizes. My right foot is slightly longer. I tried a pair of tiempo legend 4's AG in size 8.5. These are tighter and better overall. However, the tiempo line seems to give me a bit of arch pain.. I have flat feet and don't find much support from the tiempo. Then I tried the magista obra FG in size 8.5 (I didn't know they ran 1/2 size small). I loved the fit at first (super snug) and the arch support was much better than the tiempos. But eventually I realized my right foot was way too tight in the toe box. My toe literally pokes up and raises the flyknit upper. My left foot fits much better since it's a tiny bit smaller. I've tried the obra in size 9 and the fit is more comfortable but they feel a little roomy.. Maybe they would fit better after breaking in? Plus feet swell up a bit after playing for a while, right? Ideally I would wear a size 8.5 on my left foot and 9 on my right foot, lol. What do you think is my best size? Also, which do you personally prefer, Magista Obras or Ace 16 Primeknit?
+Soccer Reviews For You Thanks Josh. Unfortunately we can't return boots after playing in them and realizing they aren't the best match. Do you prefer Obras or Ace Primeknit?
Hey Josh, I'm in a bit of a pickle, I have the same fit preference as you where there is almost no space left, but in size 9 US I have about a thumbs width of space and in a 8.5 US there is too little space and my toes are bent and hurt after a while. Do you have any suggestions for what I should do? It's like my shoe size based on my preferences is between a 8.5 and 9.
Josh I heard from a lot of players nd people's that new shoes should be 1 size less then ur actual foot size in starting foot thumb will not fit comfortable but after some matches shoe will stretch automatically and it later it'll fit properly like a 2nd skin as u said.... is this true sir?? Please tell cuz I need to know I'm about to buy new shoes,,,, tell!?
This may be a silly question but how do you recommend we know the right size of our shoes? Should we measure by Centimeters? Or would you be able to make a video as a guide to measure? Because I know size varies from brand to brand but Centimeters are always more accurate. Or does that contraption that they have at the shoe stores that measure your foot work?
The best way in my opinion is to base your size off of a specific cleat and then go from there. Go to a store and try on cleats to see what size you need. Measuring your feet in centimetres or using any kind of foot measuring tool is not really going to accurately help you with what size you should wear.
I bought mamy cleats UK 9 cuz that was end point of comfort. But they have created waat and mu feet drifting when changing direction. But then I bought UK 8 that experience was best and my 2 years were absolute brilliant but I ruined my toe nail thrice due to contact to upper skin from inside. My feet are thin toe is bit wide. I dont know what to do. Double sole and double sock is the worst thing to do
Hi, my toe to heel length is exactly 26.5 cm, I plan to buy Puma Evo or Nike mercurial turf shoes online. I don’t have a nearby store. Which size should I select please. Can you help me in this way.
Hey josh quick question. My feet are weird in that my right foot is half a size bigger than my left foot. I have tried on size 8.5 superfly's and they fit perfect on my right foot, but there is about a thumbs worth of space on my left foot. And a size 8 fits perfect on my left foot but hurts my right foot. What size would you recommend i stick with?
+Soccer Reviews For You would that .5 size difference on my left foot affect my experience with the boot? Thank you for replying by the way, really appreciate it!
+Rogelio Swanson ive been doing this and it kind of helps. on your smaller foot, put a piece of duck tape on the inside of the shoe along the heel. It will move your toes a tiny bit closer and snug to the end of the shoe. better if you put the piece of tape lengthwise and stretch it underneath the insole a few inches so it fits better. you can even use double or triple layers of tape but I wouldnt go more than that.
Josh im just bought Umbro street V IC,,based on size chart i wear correct size. My foot lenght is 26.1 CM so i decided to choose no 9 US which if converted to CM is 27 CM..but when first time i've tried my big toe feel little bit pressure on up front (just big toe) but still can move around and FYI those shoes had kind of toecap(toeguard) made from PU,,,my question is that shoes need half size up ???
That's entirely up to you based on how they feel. I will say that soccer cleats will fit and are supposed to fit tighter than regular shoes would. They'll also stretch and soften up a little as you wear them in.
I have evoSPEED 5.4 in a size 5 UK, my toes don't reach all the way to the end (I am an early teenager so I'm still growing) but I feel like the toebox puts too much pressure on my toes. Size up, size down or different boots. If so, what boots do you recommend?
Hey Josh, awesome video as usual. I just got a pair of Nike Tiempo Legend V's and they fit just like you described in you example, basically no room left to move. But a bad blister on my heel just came back (from previous shoes) that's very uncomfortable once I started to play with the Tiempo's. I've only played for a total of a couple of hours. Do you think the leather should stretch more for a more comfortable fit or did I buy the wrong size? And what's the best way to take care/protect the blister?
+Soccer Reviews For You Thanks Josh! That video really helped. But I don't have an already fully broken in shoe since the first pair that I bought was on the cheaper side and caused the blister at first. So based on the blisters video, I think I should just take the break in process slowly
Josh for 100 bucks what would your pick between the nike mercurial vapor x silver storm pack or the nike magista opus silver storm pack or the hypervenom phantom 1 volt and persion violet
Hey josh, I’m planning on ordering a pair of nike tiempo legend 8 academy IC but im a size 12 but usually wear 13 for tiempos and the nike employee says they’re always true to size. Any thoughts on this??
Hey Josh, I have a bit strange question, but I'm still going to ask you. I have these nike mercurialx finale indoor version boots, but there is only a field with artifical grass, so my question is: Do I have to buy the turf version of them or can I just play on artifical grass in my indoor ones? Will the sole break, crush or something, if I decide to use my indoor ones on artifical grass?
Hey Josh, I recently got a new pair of boots, Nike hypervenom phinish Fg v2. I usually wear a size 9 us for all my street shoes such as Vans. My mercurials victory are a size 9 us and i feel as they are too big, so thé hypervenom's are my first high end model. I got them at 8,5 us. I think they feel perfect and all there is about 1/2 inch between my toe and the end, I feel comfortable but I'm afraid that the shoe tear. Will my shoes stretch? Or should I exchange them for a size 9?
I bought a pair of boots a few months ago but they don't fit properly. I wear two pairs of socks but this doesn't help. Just wondering if there's anything else I can try to make them fit better? If not I'll just have to wait.
I am looking to buy the Adidas 16+ Purechaos in either a size 9 or 9.5. I currently wear the Adidas Ace 17.1 in a size 9 and there is about a half thumb to 3/4 of a thumb of room. I am 15 and not sure if I would eventually grow fully into the size 9.5, or if I should get the size 9. What is your opinion on this. Also is the Purechaos longer or shorter than the Ace 17.1?
Can you help me with sizing in the Visaro. So you say that we should go half size up in the shoe. My size is 9uk / 10us or Euro 44. So when I go a FULL SIZE UP in my Uk sizing the US and Euro sizing are increased by only a half size becoming 10.5 US & Euro 44 1/2 . So my question is that which size should I get. I'm pretty confused and I can't even try them on in any store or place. Thanks
hey josh i have a pair of magistax proximo 2 size 42.5 the width is perfect but i have about 2/3 of a thumb on the lenght any suggestion for another ic shoes? tk u
I play about 3-6 times a week and I need some good shoes, right now I have the lowest end magista, the sole plate has bent and there is a vertical crease in the middle of the sole plate, I am debating between vapor 10 and phinish. I play striker if that matters. Any suggestions for a more durable shoe
Hey Josh! I'm wearing hypervenom phinish 2 rightnow, the length is fit perfectly at size 9us but the width is a bit wide, can I go for size 8.5 of Nike Vapor 10?
Josh help me out here. I have a pretty wide foot for my size (I have a foot that is 10.5 in in length 4.25 in in width but a 9 in instep or midfoot) this sucks cuz I fit the cleat perfectly in length but the top of my foot always has so much space. idk what cleats would fit right. my feet are wide for the size but the height is so off it sucks. a little help pls?
So Nike 8.5 US are small. Should I buy Magista X orange-pink 10 US. I am 14 and my parents think that I will grow too fast. I want to play with them for at least 5-6 months. In which size should I buy?
Going from an 8.5 to a 10 seems like quite a jump. If you're spending money on high-end shoes that you plan on wearing right now, then you should buy them to fit you right now. I can't predict how much you'll grow, nobody can. What I will say is that you're unlikely to grow out of shoes that fit you properly before they're ready to be replaced.
Hey josh, I currently wear a size 10 US hypervenom phinish and I'm looking into buying a pair of Adidas x 16+ pure chaos. Do you think a size 10 would be a good fit? Thank you in advance
So, I have a size 13 pair of Jordan reveals (sneakers) and it is tighter and snugger. I also have a size 14 pair of running shoes, a lot more loose, I am 16, 6'1 and definitely do not want to out grow my first pair of actual soccer cleats. Unfortunately I have to order online, should I just go for the 13? Or pay a little more for 14? Please help me.
I don't have anything helpful to say. The best thing you can do is to go to a store and try on any soccer shoe at all to get some kind of idea about sizing.
My cleats fit exactly like the size 10's you showed. I all of a sudden keep having this reoccurring ankle injury that I never had prior to switching cleats, pretty sure they're the cause :/
I bought the UK 8 size. They are a bit long in length i.e. 1-1.5cm but they fit perfectly in width. So, should I keep them or go for the UK 7 size which is a bit tight in width and perfect in length?
I got these boots and they make me feel uncomtorful, it's tight on the tip since I have wide foot and can't move my thumb and it just feels really bad, should I get new boots?
+Soccer Reviews For You hey josh, i recently purchased a pair of nike magista obra II's. My right foot fits into a 10.5 perfectly but my left foot is significantly bigger than my right by about .5 a size so my left foot is all they to the edge of the shoe and is a bit too snug for my comfort while my right foot has about 1/4"-1/2" of space and fits perfectly. I thought about buying a separate pair in size 11 and wearing two different size shoes but i dont want to spend that money. What are your suggestions?
Hey josh, I actually ended up returning the magistas and getting the adidas ace 16.1 primeknit which i love and theyre super comfortable and fit great. however i noticed after playing in them for about 2 weeks now, my nail beds under my big toes seem to be bruising even though the shoes fit me perfectly and I have not been stepped on. do you think it could still be the shoes? I have about 1/3 of a thumbs width (or 1/4") of space for reference. thanks.
I have EXTREMELY wide feet. Only shoe that fits me perfectly is the Copa Mundial but I hate that there is no color... Any help with different suggestions???
This video really helped me, now I know how I really feel in my Puma evoSpeed 1.4! They are wide and I always sliped in them. Maybe I should go to a Nike Mercurial Vapor X. :-)
I dont know if i should get a 8.5 shoe because the toe box leaves a thumbs worth of space but the rest is snug. if i keick the toe box on the ground, my foot moves up a bit and makes my toes touch the toe box. I tried a 8.0 size, the toe box touches my toes but the sides feel a bit tight. what should i do?
Soccer shoes are supposed to fit fairly tight. You want them to fit close to your foot in order to be able to touch the ball more precisely and you definitely don't want your foot moving around in the shoe while playing. If that's happening, they're too big.
Hey Josh i bought (ordered them online) a pair of Hypervenom Phantom 2's in my true size(8,5 US) and when i put them in for the First Time i felt a lots of Pain in the Toe area so a Couple of days later i went into a Soccer Store and tried them in a 9US but i it felt like my feet would Slip out of the Shoe in the Heel area. Do you think this isn't just the right Soccer cleat for me or did you have the Same Problem with the Phantom 2 in your true size?
This is really a good video. At least 75% of players in my league, regardless of what age ranged, have no idea how soccer cleat should fit. It's really a shame. Edison Hoo I wear a 10.5 US on Nike, what size would I be on puma??
Edison Hoo I
Im 9.5 U.S and no longer growing. I bought tiempos in 9.5 but they have about half a thumb of space. Should i try a 9 or is that an adequate size?
Thanks
hi Josh! when are you giving us an update about the mystery brand carbon fiber shoes?
+levi smit I was thinking the same too
Thanks a lot. I bought Tiempo 7 elite size 10 and returned it for size 9.5 after seeing your video. You rock!
I have a wide foot, in the forefoot and toes, but I have a narrow mid foot. Which shoe should I get.
The adidas Messi 15.4 or 15.3 would work

Thanks for the advice, I'm about to go buy some turf shoes today.
I had those blue Predators up there on the top right of your rack. My favorite shoe ever.
Should you feel the big toe touching the leather? The exact size as you say isn't comfortable while playing (Big toe hurts) (but has better ball control/kicking).

Shin splints have nothing to do with the way your shoes fit as far as I know. Shin splints is simply from running a lot.

What are your thoughts on double socking? I wear the superfly 4 and I do it because Im still growing.
+Reid Addison It's a preference thing. An extra pair of socks isn't going to fill in much space, but some people like the more padded feel.
So would double socking in a pair of superflys kind of defeat the purpose of a thin shoe?
+Reid Addison I have a pair of the tech craft superflys and they fit perfectly besides the toe which there is a little bit of growing room, if I double socked then they would fit how Josh likes his cleats but I don't do I can retain that thin and barefoot feel, so yes id say double socking kinda defeats the purpose
I already have the exact problem you mentioned with example(showing your adidas 9 and 10 size). Anything I can do or should I just try to sell them ?
Hi, what Nike sock model are you wearing in the 9 v 10 adidas sizing video?
please fix the tech craft superflys collar
Which cleat would you say has a wider fit, Ace 15.1 leather or the Tiempo 5
+Andres Marin They'll both fit most people.
Hi Josh, I was wondering where you got the adidas ace 16+ pure control black/green stripes with multicoloured sole plate. On the top row of you boot rack to the left of your head

+AndreiSkillz13 - Andrei Leather is probably worth a try.
i just picked up some adidas x 16.2's at a size 11 (uk).
+opivy87 You have to fit the bigger foot. You have the shoes and are able to try on both sizes. This a decision that you have to make on your own.
+Soccer Reviews For You Thanks Josh. Unfortunately we can't return boots after playing in them and realizing they aren't the best match. Do you prefer Obras or Ace Primeknit?
Soccer Reviews For You
hello, my foot length is 25.5cm... what size of cleats should i buy?
Hey Josh, I'm in a bit of a pickle, I have the same fit preference as you where there is almost no space left, but in size 9 US I have about a thumbs width of space and in a 8.5 US there is too little space and my toes are bent and hurt after a while. Do you have any suggestions for what I should do? It's like my shoe size based on my preferences is between a 8.5 and 9.
+Mike Flores Then you go back and forth between 8.5 and 9 depending on how each particular shoe fits.
+Soccer Reviews For You alright, thanks Josh!
Measuring your feet in centimetres or using any kind of foot measuring tool is not really going to accurately help you with what size you should wear.
hey josh, should i use a shoe tree in synthetic shoes? coaches told me to use them in leather cleats, but i don't know about my magista...
+holyg33z I don't use them at all. It won't hurt the shoes, but they aren't really necessary with modern soccer cleats.
Based on that, I have no clue?
Hey josh quick question. My feet are weird in that my right foot is half a size bigger than my left foot. I have tried on size 8.5 superfly's and they fit perfect on my right foot, but there is about a thumbs worth of space on my left foot. And a size 8 fits perfect on my left foot but hurts my right foot. What size would you recommend i stick with?
+Rogelio Swanson You have to fit the bigger foot.
Do you also sell these shoes which are in the background ?if yes I would buy the Nike total 90 iii.Answer plz
I do not.
So if buy a soccer cleat at 9.5 but still have like half a inch in front of my big toe should i get a size 9
Excellent video Josh. It is truly helpful and informative. Thanks for making it.
I have evoSPEED 5.4 in a size 5 UK, my toes don't reach all the way to the end (I am an early teenager so I'm still growing) but I feel like the toebox puts too much pressure on my toes. Size up, size down or different boots. If so, what boots do you recommend?
Sounds like you just don't like the way that those boots fit. There's nothing you can do to change the way they fit.
Soccer Reviews For You Any boots with a bigger toebox?

Hey Josh, awesome video as usual. I just got a pair of Nike Tiempo Legend V's and they fit just like you described in you example, basically no room left to move. But a bad blister on my heel just came back (from previous shoes) that's very uncomfortable once I started to play with the Tiempo's. I've only played for a total of a couple of hours. Do you think the leather should stretch more for a more comfortable fit or did I buy the wrong size? And what's the best way to take care/protect the blister?
+Dima Starominsky Check out this video, it goes over everything th-cam.com/video/i5ZXuie99sg/w-d-xo.html
+Kenny Acosta It depends on what type of feel that you're looking for.
josh when are u going to review the adidas 15.1 SL? and the puma evospeed SL in the grass colorway?
+Pablo Llamas-Preciado As soon as I can get them.
Okay thanks
how are the nike grip socks ? comparison with trusox video ?????????????
+kidinc21 Look out for a video soon.
+Patryk Zalewski You can wear indoor on artificial grass, it won't hurt the shoes, you just won't have very good traction.
+Soccer Reviews For You Ok, thanks man.
They'll stretch a little, yes. I definitely wouldn't go bigger.
Okay I'll keep them, thank you!
I bought a pair of boots a few months ago but they don't fit properly. I wear two pairs of socks but this doesn't help. Just wondering if there's anything else I can try to make them fit better? If not I'll just have to wait.
+Gerry McHugh If they're too big, they're too big.
I would stick with the same size as your Purechaos.
Thanks
+shariq khalid Check out this video th-cam.com/video/UOOSVmwNLPE/w-d-xo.html
Should I buy hypervenom phantom size 8 even tho I'm size 7.5?
They run true to size.
hey josh i have a pair of magistax proximo 2 size 42.5 the width is perfect but i have about 2/3 of a thumb on the lenght
any suggestion for another ic shoes?
tk u
It all depends on what type of fit and feel that you're looking for. I can't really make a specific recommendation just based on what size you need.
i'd love to have something a little bit padded and with a wide fit ( T90 laser IV was ideal for me (fit and feel) )
I play about 3-6 times a week and I need some good shoes, right now I have the lowest end magista, the sole plate has bent and there is a vertical crease in the middle of the sole plate, I am debating between vapor 10 and phinish. I play striker if that matters. Any suggestions for a more durable shoe

Hey Josh, is the best takedown model still the Nike Mercurial Veloce II?
+Teddy McDUNK It depends on what type of feel that you're looking for.
+Teddy McDUNK The general shape of the boot is still going to be pretty similar. I'm not sure if that problem would go away.
Hey Josh! I'm wearing hypervenom phinish 2 rightnow, the length is fit perfectly at size 9us but the width is a bit wide, can I go for size 8.5 of Nike Vapor 10?
That's pretty interesting that ur wearing a shoe that isn't out yet...
+Aly Kassam what are you on about?
+Duy Nguyen Sizing is the same for both shoes.
The Copa Mundial will fit just about anybody.
Thank you!
I have a pair of Nike Tiempo rio 3 in 9.5 I’m going to get Nike Tiempo legacy 3 should I order the same size if the Rios fit well ?
I've never worn the Rio, but I would anticipate the sizing being the same.
Soccer Reviews For You great, thanks for the response man!!
Josh, what if there's a thumb's width at the end of the shoe but the sides are well fitted? does it mean that I have a wide feet?
+neveragain Not necessarily.
Can you review the superfly radiant reaveal Josh?
+Alex Lopez I will be, yes.
Please do the visaro toxic/white review
I brought a Nike veloce lll df fg size 11.5 UK but it’s half a size to big! Any suggestions? Thanks.
If at all possible, exchange them for the right size.
Can u do the thin, medium and wide foot boots because I'm a wide footed player and I'm not sure what type to get ,so it would help me a lot

Hey josh, I currently wear a size 10 US hypervenom phinish and I'm looking into buying a pair of Adidas x 16+ pure chaos. Do you think a size 10 would be a good fit? Thank you in advance
And just a note I have pretty wide feet if that changes anything
I wear the same size 9US in both boots.
I have a 8.5 hypervenom phelon 1 and it's getting small so I want to buy a Nike hypervenom phelon 2 but should I get 9 or 9.5 please help
Sizing is the same as the original.
Does leather cleats stretch in length too or just the width?
+Solomon Chai They'll give a little in length, but most of the stretch will be in the width.
Hey josh! Do u own puma v1.10? If yes pls do a video?
+jayesh patil I do not.
Can you do i playtest video of the adidas 16.1 synthetic?
+Adidas football Ace Possibly.
+SoccerReviews4U do you think the adidas purecontrol or the Nike superfly fits better
superfly all the way
+Profarmer267 I've got videos on both shoes that go over all of the details. They don't compare at all.
What fg boot is most similar to the bomba finale 2 in terms of the upper and fit?
+Jamtart0801 The new balance Visaro is going to have the closest upper, but nothing will fit quite like that shoe.
Hey, my shoe size is 4.5 and i bought a pair online as a size 5 would that work? And the size 4.5 fits perfect
+Austin Garcia Sizing isn't that general. I can't guess what size you need or should order based on that.
can you make a review of the new nike rainbow colorways?
+Raptor Fighter I will be, yes.
+Soccer Reviews For You ty
My cleats fit exactly like the size 10's you showed. I all of a sudden keep having this reoccurring ankle injury that I never had prior to switching cleats, pretty sure they're the cause :/
yeah because your shoe isn't giving you any ankle support. it's allowing your ankle and foot in general to move around.
My foot length is 25.9cm and i have a wide foot, so which boot size should I go for while purchasing Nike hypervenom phade 3 fg
Based on that, I honestly have no clue. I always give sizing advice based on what you wear in other cleats.
That's a call that you have to make on your own. If you don't like how they feel, and they aren't changing, new boots is probably your best option.
Can you do a video about the voit dynamo 2.0 match ball?
+Fingamer™ Maybe.
So I have a size 9.5us Superfly but I'm originally a size 9us does it really matter? I feel like it impairs my performance
+SkillShooterz Of course it matters. They make sizes so you can get the proper fit.
hey josh can u make a superfly vs x 15.1 video
+sougata majumder There really isn't much to compare with those two boots.
hey josh i wear 8.5US on nike, what size would i be on puma?
Not all Nike have the same sizing, and the same goes for Puma. It's not that simple.
Generally in a situation like this you fit the bigger foot, not the smaller one.
DO NOT buy separate sizes!
I have about 1/3 of a thumbs width (or 1/4") of space for reference. thanks.
for phantom 2 do you recomend half size up
+owen baum Nope, they run true to size.
what would u pick
I have EXTREMELY wide feet. Only shoe that fits me perfectly is the Copa Mundial but I hate that there is no color... Any help with different suggestions???
There's nothing else that fits like a Copa.
I wear a size 11 us ace 15 what size pure control should I get for the best fit
Sizing is the same across the Ace line.
Does anyone know where to buy the old t90 lasers or just t90s in general ???
+Ride Arkz Ebay would be your best bet at this point.
This video really helped me, now I know how I really feel in my Puma evoSpeed 1.4! They are wide and I always sliped in them. Maybe I should go to a Nike Mercurial Vapor X. :-)
I know this is a late comment but if I am a size 5 would it be better to get a size bigger ?
NovuHD depends if u want to use those cleats for the following years and if that would make ur cleats too big to play in
Are you getting the new adidas x15+ sl?
+Alberto S Yes.
Soccer Reviews For You- so the shoe should break in and fit snug after breaking them in?
Hey Josh i bought (ordered them online) a pair of Hypervenom Phantom 2's in my true size(8,5 US) and when i put them in for the First Time i felt a lots of Pain in the Toe area so a Couple of days later i went into a Soccer Store and tried them in a 9US but i it felt like my feet would Slip out of the Shoe in the Heel area. Do you think this isn't just the right Soccer cleat for me or did you have the Same Problem with the Phantom 2 in your true size?
+Cuzee Doesn't sound like a major sizing issue. It sounds more like you just don't like how they feel/fit.
