Absolutely! Enjoyed it, thank you 🙏 I do enjoy this stretch of grass which is a useful 40m in moderate privacy behind a hedge, so I'll prob do it again and try and beat my time 😁
Its a product placement for Starbucks, I'm hoping for some sponsorship 😅 drink their coffee, get a cool voiceover from the ether, and manage to run up and down 😊
@@HybridGym haha very smart!! there is alot of commercial on big channels now...i pay alot of money for youtube premieum, to avoid ads, and still many podcasts got alot of ads..dont feel right.
@@reverendterminatorah, they'll get you in the end either way. I'm reading a book called stolen focus, it's largely about how the internet sucks away our focus and productivity and we loose vast amounts of time due to them expertly sapping our attention
Hey I am about to attempt a similar one by Simon...40m run, 3 one pumps x 44 to make 1 mile. I tried the equivalent on a squash court but there were too many stops and turns so need to find a 40m stretch. A nice combo👌
Sounds good Duncan, i enjoyed this straight up cardio session on soggy grass, maybe you can pace out a length of park. I might do a full mile next time but i wanted to squeeze in the sprints, and this was a good warm up for it
@@HybridGym for sure, same thing happens for most exercise I hate, such as running haha! And man, you were not kidding with the weather there, looks like it’s pouring again!
Oh yes its pouring down all day today so far (12:07 right now) and probs won't stop. I planned to take the Sandbag out later but now I'm thinking would it be bad to get it wet
@@HybridGym oh yeah, not good when the water seeps in. Aside from making it heavier, it will stink in a few days haha my bag got wet as we speak, there was a typhoon a few days ago. I had to empty it and is currently in the laundry.
@@Jimperialohhh I'll take that as a warning and probably lift it at home then, not ideal as I don't get 'in the zone'. That parking garage you go to looks a good idea, I might keep an eye out but they're usually very busy near me and I'd probably get security hassle. As an outdoor variation today, I might take a rope to pull-up on, that will be easier to dry out after
Is your island much like the one on the show then? But no medium size hotel like they had, no corporate HQ's? I assume that's a distance away from their homes in the wetlands

Fantastic brother!!
I appreciate you giving it a go
I found a way to get you into running with these routines haha

I feel like I've seen those drop to the ground pushup things before but it's all so hazy. Looks like good work.
Done similar but as a sprint with rests, this was no rests and slower running. Good fun, haven't done more intense cardio for awhile
Awesome job man, burpees kick ass! Reminds me why I hate it haha
Hehe yeah i always get a feeling a few minutes in of saying, just stop and take it easy, but then the feel good side kicks in 😊

autumn leaves
Lots ! And rain all the time. Less people out which is a bonus, feet instantly wet on the grass , I took spare socks, life's luxury
@@HybridGym nice bro! less people is nice... i got the same with the cycling round..
