It gets trickier but that's a tip of the iceberg.

How does he know about savitar the timeline where he’s original from is where Barry’s mom is still alive hence why he thought Barry’s daughter’s name was Dawne not to mention it was before flash point as well.

Savitar, being a version of Barry, would have undoubtedly caught his gaze, so he may have spied on the self-proclaimed god of speed without Savitar even noticing. Except for the Thawne in s2, who clearly lacked some experience, others do not know if Thawne is around at a certain time unless Thawne wants them to know.
