    Certainly a good review to the people who are not familiar with the brand!
    Will seriously consider the brand after I get my class 2 license.

    I'm riding a versys 650 which shares the same engine. Can confirm that this is one of the smoothest engine for highway commute, only thing is at lower rpm it vibrates quite a bit. The engine itself is also a bit hot, unlike other bikes where it gets better when you ride faster, this engine in particular, produces quite a bit of heat near the right thigh area, and the faster you ride, more heat gets blown to your leg. Not sure if this is unique to Kawasaki or this engine in general.

      Just wondering if anyway to reduce the vibration feels on the handlebar and foot pedal ?

    • @Heng12121
      @Heng12121 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@tanyongmoh8052 I'm not sure about other brands, but Kawasaki acknowledge this problem and placed rubber mount on the footpegs and swap out the grips with thicker rubber. But ofc these rubbers don't last long as mine are already slowly peeling off. If not, alternatively you can wear gloves or just put puppy grip+heavy bar ends. This will dampen down the vibration on handle bar by 70-80%. For footpeg you can get those with the rubber mounts one, but those usually won't last long if you go off road often.

      @@tanyongmoh8052 try to do wheel balancing. I did it and the bike was so smooth. Miss riding versys.

    I am also shortlisting NC750x as my possible choice until i saw this video. CFmoto 650MT price is attractive but fuel consumption
    seem quite bad

    Former owner of versys 2013 model. 650mt much easier to flick and turn in corners compared to Versys. This Chinese bike is reliable and there are owners in Malaysia clocked almost 80,000km without any fuss. Probably downside is resale value and engine heat in city riding. Overall super value buy

      I'm not too bother by the resale value since it's have been always driven by the brands. Thanks for sharing. Appreciated

    Honestly i will never buy any bike that is not japanese bike. My father bought daelim 250 scooter at 2014 , parts are not much so it is expensive to repair. He cant even sell the bike or trade up to the shop as it has no resale value .
    Yes the warranty is 5years but you got to worry after that 5 years if the bike model is not manufactured anymore spare part will be expensive and hard to get unlike honda and yamaha which will always have spare parts even if your want to sell your bike wont have value and not many would want to get a non popular china bike
