Why I Left EXP Realty for Real Broker

I have so many agent friends who ask me why I left eXp Realty and made the move to Real Broker, so I made this short video about my decision to change brokerages.

I don’t change brokerages often or lightly but I do think it so important to keep an open mind and ensure that my brokerage alignment is continuing to be the best for serving my personal and business goals and needs… and if I outgrow what my brokerage can provide me or becomes a bad cultural fit, it’s essential to be able to do hard things. We should all be growing and maturing in all aspects of life and it’s totally resonable that what I needed 4 years ago, is going to be different than what I need and value now.
I started off my real estate career 10 years ago at a large franchise brand, launched and ran my own independent brokerage for 3 years, was with eXp Realty for 4 years and now with much research and consideration, I’ve moved to the best brokerage I’ve ever been part of!
