    Want to grow from 5 transactions/yr to 20, PLUS? Join me at eXp realty. You'd be joining an exp family upline of agents who do 40+ closings/yr. Book call here to learn more if this is for you: bit.ly/PrivateZoomwithAli

      @@carlbernngl that’s a great question that I can do a future video on. I’d have to research more bc I’m not well versed with Chime. I’ve only ever used KVCore

    Thanks for this video! I’m thinking about joining eXp Realty. I really look up to you as a real estate agent as well as a TH-camr. I’m an upcoming 19 year old real estate agent in Connecticut and I just have a few questions for you. What do I name my brand/do I need a name for myself? I’m puzzled on whether to have name for example: Epic Realty - John Doe or should/could I just do my name straight up, John Doe. Another question I’ve got for you is what camera and mic should I use to film my tiktok, Instagram, social media videos? I appreciate your time.

      Blue Whale I'm proud of you for being 19 and diving into this!! Let's gooooo. thank you for the compliment, as well, I appreciate that!
      Brand name - don't overthink it. and that applies to business in general. Don't worry about a logo, or business cards, or what your catchy brand name will be. Your actual name is perfect enough!
      When it comes to the example "epic realty," your brokerage/MLS will have limitations on what your name can be. Unless you own your own brokerages, you may not be able to use the word "realty" because it would imply you own your own brokerage. You may instead be able to use something like "Epic Team" or "Epic Group."

  • @ShaundaC.

    Thanks for the info 😊!! Quick question? So, with the split being 80/20, does that mean your sponsor will receive approximately 20% of your 80%, leaving me (the agent) with 60%? Thanks for any info you’re able to provide! Great video 😊!!

    • @AlitheAgent
      @AlitheAgent  22 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Great question! No. that would be a terrible split.
      You keep 80%
      the 20% that goes to exp realty gets disbursed in the following manner:
      50% of that 20% goes to the brokerage
      the other 50% of that 20% gets sprinkled amongst your upline (7 levels up), incentivizing them to help you even further to help you make more money.
      For simple math, if the commission check (after fees) is $10,000:
      You get $8,000
      the other $2,000 gets split between Exp ($1,000) and the other $1,000 gets split amongst levels 1-7 in your Exp Family.
      Does that make sense?

    So if I join you then you will become my sponsor and EXP will assign me a local Mentor? I’m getting my license soon and honestly I would like to have someone there in person to walk me through my first deal. Thanks

    • @AlitheAgent
      @AlitheAgent  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      That's exactly right. I would be your sponsor and help you scale your business, lead generate, etc. (We have great trainings, 1:1 and group coaching for you, for free). And your mentor will be assigned by exp and will be boots on ground for you. You can ask them to attend your buyer consultation, listing appts, etc.

      @@AlitheAgent Thank you so much. From talking to other future license holders this was probably our main concern. We want to join a brokerage that will walk us through our first transaction.
