Welcome back to this weeks Whats for dinner! We are sharing 3 easy and delicious dinner recipes!! I can not wait for you to try these for you and your family!! The pesto chicken pasta was AWESOME!!! These are perfect for on the go, easy weeknight meals!
    Bacon Cheeseburger Tacos:
Cook bacon and chop up into small bits
Cook hamburger meat, drain and add:
    Chopped onion
2 to 3 tbs. of Dijon mustard
Garlic, Salt and Pepper to taste
    Worcestershire(at least 5 to 6 shakes)
*Add Velveta Cheese until fully melted and stir together
    *Secret Sauce:
    Mayo
    Ketchup
    Sweet Relish
    Small Splash of White Vinegar
    S&P to taste
    Garlic Powder
*Top tacos with whatever you like on your cheeseburger
Chipotle Pork Tenderlion: This is the original recipe- I cooked mine in the crockpot for about 3.5-4 hours on high. Depending on the size of your tenderloin, I would start checking to see if its done around the 3 hour mark!

My granny used to use an old Folgers coffee can to hold all her grease (other than bacon). Bacon grease went in a mason jar in the fridge so that we could use it in future recipes.

So, in the South, we save aaaalllll the bacon grease. I have a Tupperware bowl that I keep the grease in for later uses, like wilted lettuce and onions 😍

I am not one to sit and watch things like TH-cam, HOWEVER, I am officially addicted to watching you Bunkys. I have also turned on many family and friends on to your channel. Love your recipes. FYI, I made the sausage, egg and cheese muffins but added a small can of diced green chilies. Mr. B would love them. Keep us cooking, baking, loving and laughing💜

Definitely keep my bacon grease!! You can pour it in a coffee cup/mug while hot, then let it cool a little. Cover it with plastic wrap touching the top, then aluminum foil over top of the mug. After that I keep it in the fridge, so it lasts longer. I love using it to make homemade gravy and to “season” beans like you would if you needed ham. 👍🏼 Maybe this is just a GA girl thing! 😂 I was raised that way.

I just came across this fantastic salsa recipe if anyone is interested. ..
    3 pounds deseeded, chopped cherries
    1 jalapeno chopped
    1/3 cup diced red onion
    1 cup chopped cilantro
    1.5 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon kosher salt or course sea salt.
A different but delightful twist on fresh salsa! So GOOD!!

I love hearing Jessica’s voice when she goes , “ ooohhhh! Yea! “ And she laughs! I’m deaf but have some hearing with my hearing aids and JBL speaker to amplify the sound. I can hear her hubby talk and he has a deep soothing voice which is easy to understand. Just want to share. The closed captioning helps 100 percent. That’s why I watch all of your videos! 😁 also I read lips very well ( my family is Italian and fast/ loud talking peeps.). I sure had to Learn quickly to keep up with them! Lol ! You both enunciate your words so clearly which makes watching the videos so much easier and I enjoy every one of them.
I want to say thank you. 🥰

That cheeseburger meat would be delicious just on a hamburger bun! Kind of like sloppy Joes but with Velveeta. Yum! I use a digital thermometer to make certain my meat is cooked through. Takes out the guesswork. Also, you can just pinch the tops off of those basil branches - do it above two leaves & new branches will form & make the plant even bushier. Also keeps it from going to seed. Everything looked delicious!

I actually have a grease container that has a strainer on top that I use specifically for bacon grease. My mom & grandma always used the bacon grease to season green beans or to cook eggs or potatoes in. The other types of grease I do the jar or if I have a tin vegetable can will use that! Those cheese burger tacos looked amazing!!!!

All 3 dishes look amazing! Yall make a great cooking team. Really good idea with the tin foil for the fat. I'll have to do that next time. Bunky's idea with saving the jars is good to. I forget and just throw things away so I have what I call my "fat cup". Its a chipped coffee mug that no one uses. Done this for 15 years but now im thinking i'll switch to the tin foil. Easy clean up!

Then melt a couple tblsp of butter, sauté onions (or not 😝) add potatoes and dressing to coat, then salt and pepper to taste! 😋😋 Garlic powder always tastes good too!

Seeing you concoct that sauce reminded me that I haven’t made any of your special taco sauce in forever! I love that stuff! We’re doing crunch wraps this week (also Bunkey inspired😉) and I WILL be making some of that taco sauce for mine!

I save my jars to put grease in but I keep in freezer then throw it away when full. Great video.. TFS!

I save my bacon grease in a can made to strain the bits out and store the rest in the refridgerator to make bacon gravey, fry my potatoes in and to season my green beans. you can get them at wal-mart. Just google grease can for kitchen. the hambuger grease is straind through a colinder into a pan. then get your water really hot and put some dawn in the pan you caught the grease in. put hot water in this pan and swish it around. the dawn will nuturalize the grease and you can dump it down your drain followed with hot water, i have used this method for years.
