I am so excited to spend all day in the kitchen with you! We are cooking some delicious, easy, must try recipes! You and your family are going to love these! Especially this soup! It's perfect for Fall!
Buffalo chicken Taquitos:
8 oz. Cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded Colby jack cheese
1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
12 (6 inch) flour tortillas
Ranch Dressing for dipping
Sea Salt and spray oil
Mix- chicken, cream cheese, Colby Jack, hot sauce
Divide evenly into tortillas and roll up tightly
spray tortillas with cooking spray and sprinkle with sea salt
Air Fry taquitos at 375 for 8 minutes flipping half way

We are empty nesters & eat in the living room watching TV lol! Laughing since when the kids were home, you had to eat meals at the table. Only snacks in the living room!

We stand up and eat breakfast in the kitchen. For dinner we eat in the living room on snack trays. Our dining table only gets used when we have company. Lol

It's just my husband and I also, and our sweet furbaby Gem, my husband loves to eat in front of the tv. Unless it's a really good meal that he loves or I love, or took a long time to prep, that's just where he likes to eat. I eat at our dining room table, because it's so pretty and I love it, and I grew up eating dinner at the table!! Lol

The brownies look so yummy. I think I'd use parchment paper not foil to line the baking dish if it needs something to make it easier to get them out. Love watching to you two.
I do a bag of frozen chicken in oven then shred and do 2 cup measurements and freeze for recipes.

For brookies, I par cook the brownies then add the cookie dough on top once the brownies are partially set.

I pre cook the brownie batter for about 10 minutes and then add the cookie dough!
I precook chicken, ground beef, ground turkey all the time. That way, I'm already half way there when I make dinners. It saves time on dinner preps and I'm more likely to cook mid-week when half the work is already done.
I do the same thing. My ground beef goes in frozen in block form & when it's done, I remove it with a spatula still in one big piece. I then dump out all the grease from the crock pot & don't have a mess or oily burger. I chop it up with the same tool Jess used.

My husband and whoever of my family is here at meal times, sits at the table. I almost always stand up to eat mostly because I'm so busy getting things for all the people sitting at the table lol
I make chicken in crockpot and pack ziplock with 2 large chicken breasts shredded with a date on it. I keep 3 bags in freezer and when 1 is left I make more. So much easier.
I make these all the time love them but I put my cookies on the bottom then the brownies on top
Try baking the Brookies in a muffin tin/individual ones should bake evenly.
Hey friend, I have the same cheese shredder....learned by accident when you are shredding cheese, reverse and it will eject the cheese shreds. Yes, I know it is so cool, it works! Try it. Great Video and yummy food. Blessings!

I precook boneless skinless thighs all the time then measure it into 2 cup portions and freeze for super quick suppers, lunches etc!
Cream crouton Chicken
Bake them in muffin pan...single serve and will cook through quicker. Use your silicone muffin liners! ❤️
Hi I always cook my chicken in the crockpot. I would use a nonstick metal pan for the brownies glass cooks different no foil inside. Hope that helps. Everything looks great.
I use my Instant Pot to cook chicken. You can do fresher frozen. Much better than pulling of a rotisserie.
I agree with Wendy little pieces or maybe do the cookies on bottom like an upside down brookie but the little pieces would probably work better

I would use a bigger pan for the brookies. I've followed a recipe for the same 4x4 pan and just put them in a larger one!
Maybe try the Brookies in a larger pan?

If I need chicken fast I boil it. That chicken soup I would add some frozen mixed veggies; good color.

I usually prep my chicken in the instant pot. From frozen to falling apart in about 30 minutes. Then I use my hand mixer to shred it up real fast.
Do you think you can make a dupe recipe of the bruschetta chicken. I have falling in love with Bruschetta that everytime we get groceries I make it and have it as a snack.

I buy several rotisserie chickens at a time and pull the meat off and vacuum seal in small bags just enough for two
I grew up eating standing up around the kitchen haha. My family are firefighters and EMTs and we always joked that was the reason why we did it. I still sometimes eat standing in the kitchen while my husband eats sitting at the counter bar stools at breakfast and lunch but we always sit together to eat dinner. 😋
You can also get the meat chopper at dollar tree and they’re just as good looks exactly the same
I think if you put the mixture in cupcake tins it might cook better.
King Ranch Chicken is an old Texas recipe named after the King Ranch. It is a huge favorite here, you will love it!! I can't wait to try the soup!!

Use parchment paper , to revome easier , but maybe put foil ontop like it said .maybe pre heat oven hotter then set it foe the baking ingredients temp it calls for .
Yum! I love all of your recipes. FYI, King Ranch is in southern Texas & is 825,000 acres-more land than the state of Rhode Island. The casserole recipe came from there. Y'all need to get some soup bowl cozies.
My recipe calls for putting cookie dough on bottom and then pour brownie batter on top. You can also use a muffin tin for 12 and do the same thing except for do cookie dough then Reeses cup and then pour brownie batter on top
Just order the Air Fryer recipe book. Thanks so much for sharing. Also, you have got to try Mt Olive Pickles new "Sweet Heat" pickles. With just a hint of heat, they are delicious!!! They come in Spears and Bread & Butter. Since I leave only a few miles down the road from Mt Olive Pickles, I had to give them a shout out. I think ya'll will really like them. We do!!❤❤❤
You can make your chicken in the instant pot as well. I just use chicken broth for my liquid and use manual pressure for 8 minutes if it’s frozen do 12 minutes. I season with salt and pepper and then I have chicken for the week!

It’s the foil on the bottom, yes. If you just spray your 8x8 with Pam, it would be fine.

I’m late to watch, but just because, I cook my chicken in the instant pot and freeze it ahead of time or use part of it and freeze the rest…..the brookies (sp?) look delish!
We cook our chicken in the instapot. It takes 6 mins and it’s super juicy. It’s quicker than the slow cooker

You are a breath of fresh air from the hell we are going through. (Please pray for my 18yr old baby who was in a horrific car accident last mon night w her 3 dear friends on a country road. She is alive but her dear friend didn’t make it. His family, Roberto’s lovely family needs prayers for the profound grief they are experiencing and losing their 19-year-old oldest son; and the three girls who took turns trying to hold his head up while they waited for emergency personnel to come down as he was gurgling… Some thing no one should ever have to see. They need prayers. My daughters physical injuries have a broken pelvis will heal, but her heart and mental state as well as her two dear friends need a lot of prayers for healing). Watching you is a great escape after a week of nightmare that we can’t wake up from. Thank u
Instead of buying a rotisserie chicken I like to put a whole chicken in the crockpot on Sundays and then I have chicken prepped for the week to use as I wish. It always just falls off the bone, it's perfect.
