I literally got a little misty eyed when Bunkey saw the mug. Y'all are just the sweetest couple EVER.
My mom used to say “don’t let your meat loaf” when I was a kid and I didn’t understand what she meant. I think of it every time I make it or see others make it. 😂😂😂
Meatloaf suggestion, one of my favorite go to meatloaf recipes is, 1 lb ground beef, 1/2 c of salsa, 1/3 sleeve of saltines, one egg, salt and pepper. More salsa if you like it spicier. It's yummy with no raw onions.
My kids were in love with The Land Before Time!!!! That's when my son, Joe, started loving Dinosaurs. So for Christmas, his father and I got him a blow-up Stegosaurs!!! He LOVED it!!!!! Glad you got to see your family, AND MANDY!!!!!!!!

You can make a meatloaf without onions!!
They put onions no bell peppers
No you can’t! Mince them, they will blend in! They add flavor that onion powder doesn’t!

Oh yes. We came south from Virginia to Charlotte for Easter to visit my best friend's mom. We had rain from north of Statesville all the way to Charlotte, periods of downpours. I hope you all had a great Easter.

So I love your videos. Ironically, we live in Shelby NC and owned hunting land in Gaffney! And my husbands family has had a vacation place in Garden City, SC for about 50 years. I also love Mandy’s videos.
When I lived in NC (as a native N.Texan), I felt like i was in Eden! And i told people it was where Snow White lived.

One of my favorite meals hands down…. Meatloaf, mashed potatoes! I can’t believe you don’t like it. You can make it without onions.
I never add onion to ours 😊 we make ours in muffin tins so they cook up fast and then people get individual ones . Our recipe looks very similar to her mamas just omit the onion , she could also add onions to bunkys servings if she makes them in the muffin pan 😊
12:47 that is a great idea, to make the single serve meatloaves in a muffin tin so Jessica can have meatloaf with no onion. I guess it's just I am so used to having onion with certain foods for flavor that it bewilders me.😊
I live in Alaska, originally from Hendersonville, NC and love watching! We store our camper at Ocean Lakes. Mainly use it in the winter to get away from the cold and snow.

You could use onion powder in meatloaf and still get the flavor. I don't like pieces of onion in my meatloaf either.

I love making homemade piminto cheese,I love it on sandwiches and I stuff celery with it. I smile when I think how my daughter would scrape her piminto cheese off the celery because she doesn't like celery then give the celery to her dad. My husband never liked piminto cheese. It worked out great and nothing went to waste. Sadly my hubby is passed these last 11 yrs. but I love the memory.

I was so happy to see you guys again. I have gotten so far behind on watching my videos because one of my Sister's just recently had a Triple By-Pass Surgery while another Sister came to Texas from Florida to stay with me and help me with the Sister that had surgery. After that I had another Ankle Surgery so it has just been crazy. That meal looked so delicious and I love Pimento Cheese. I loved seeing your Mom and of course Mandy. The Easter eggs were gorgeous!!! You have to make Pioneer Woman's turkey meatballs which you can make into a loaf as well (turkey meatloaf)....they are the best!!!!! That chicken looks fabulous!!!!
That is so funny about Buc-ees! We went to Florida for spring break. On the way down, we went to one, and got in right away. It was around 11:00 am so that’s probably why. On the way home we tried to go again, and we had the same experience you all did! Crazy!

My family doesn’t like meatloaf so I make one for myself and divide it up into single servings and eat it for dinner every night till it is gone. 😂 I do this every once in awhile because I love meatloaf so much. Never thought to use mini ice cream scoop for deviled eggs! I made your bunkeys pasta salad and my husband loved it!
If you tap a small hole in each end of the egg while it’s raw, you blow the actual egg out then you can decorate the shell and keep it foewver

We have been to that Buc-ees twice in the last year going from Charlotte to Carolina Pines, and it is insane every time, just like you are seeing with the traffic. We have to park our truck and Reflection fifth wheel to the left in the areas they are building the Liquor Store, and walk through all the traffic just to try and get in there. So busy there.

Funny story: I went to the grocery store to pick up the ingredients for the pimiento cheese. Tried to use my memory and remembered you put something green from a bottle in it. I bought a bottle of verde salsa instead of the green Tabasco!😆 I must say it wasn’t bad but I’m sure the Tabasco is much better…. Geeeez!

That is the same recipe I use for meatloaf. It is my son’s favorite! I don’t use as much onions though. Just a little for flavor.
