Anyway guys, in case if the video wasn't clear. Hiit workouts or resistance training are really great for boosting metabolism. It helps to burn fat when you're at rest (even when you're not exercising).

Exactly! My body is worn out from the workout and then relaxed from the hot shower that I take afterwards, so I knock out and usually sleep like a log through the night.

It's MUCH better to want to improve yourself for yourself and not for anyone else, that's not a bad thing :) imo it's much more satisfying when you have your own validation instead of other people's because that's when you'll be at peace with yourself, also other people's opinions change so I wouldn't want to care too much about that
Same 🥺🥺🥺 but for me it was a progress for me to think this way now. The workouts ive done before were to impress other people and I developed eating disorders because of it. Now years later ive gained weight again and in the processes of gaining weight ive learned to have a healthier mind so now that im trying to lose again, im doing it for me and for no one else 💕
Am I the only one who felt relaxed after exercising in the evening before sleep? I think it helps me to sleep properly.

I think the best thing to do is listen to your body. We all have different body types after all, so what works for Chloe might not work for all of us. I hope you keep working out!
I only do yoga before I go to sleep. Otherwise, I'm up all night.

I always hear people arguing and saying it’s better to workout in the morning or it’s better to workout in the evening- but I do it in the middle of the day 😂
Haha yeah. It really depends on your lifestyle. Can't force yourself to do something you don't like to do!

Ultimately I think whatever time you'll actually workout is best I love working out first thing in the morning it makes me more productive all day and I'm very energetic and ready after I wake up.... in the evening I'm way to burned and bummed from work to want to even think about working out so it simply wont happen

Idk I always had time. Wake up at 5am: 30 minutes workout, shower, brush, skin care, get dressed; 6am: walk then feed the dog, make breakfast and eat it on the way to the school bus by 6:30. It worked for me mostly because I prepped my outfit and breakfast the night before. 🤷♀️

Yeah same I wake up at almost 6 tho lemme tell you my routine
5:50 - rinse face and put in contacts
5:55 - set up for workout (drink water, set up mat, get equipment, etc)
6:00 - workout
6:30 - shower
6:50 - have breakfast
7:00 - put on uniform, shoes, socks
7:10 - bathroom tingz (skin care routine, makeup, hair, etc)
7:40 - pack school bag
7:50 - go on phone
8:20 - walk to school
And I even get half an hour on my phone
Feel free to follow my routine or adjust it a little to fit you
Btw I also get a walk in so if you can walk to school that’s a great workout you won’t even think about!

When is it best to work out?
- Depends in your lifestyle
Morning Workout Tips (before eating):
- 20-40 min Fasted Walks
- Abs exercises 10-20 mins
- Yoga/low impact workouts
- Try to not have a high sugar breakfast, as it makes your blood sugar go up.
Afternoon Workout Tips (15:00):
- 2-3 hours after breakfast/lunch
- Walk after meals
- If you exercise after eating, it hinders your metabolism + triggers nausea
- HIIT Workout’s in the afternoons
- Eat carbs and proteins, something that isn’t processed (after HIIT workouts)
Night Workout Tips:
- Workout at least 4 hours before sleep
- Low intensity exercises which won’t increase your heart rate too much.
- Walk 20-40 mins after meals
- Get sufficient sleep (7-9 hours)

My biology teacher in middle school told us that when you wake up you should drink 2 glasses of room temperature water (you don't have to drink them in 10sec but just to drink them before eating and stuff like that) that will help your organs work better and faster throughout the day.

I do eat quite healthy. I eat oatmeal with blueberrys every morning, either ryebread or protein Based lunch and whatever dinner my mum makes (90% of the time healthy since my brother and dad are also tryna be healthy) i sometimes eat candy or chocolate but only on fridays or saturdays. I have from naturens side a very fast metabolism and i dont really like oily or fried foods in general (other than McDonald’s once every 3 months, cheat dayyyy) over the last 3 months with choose workouts and a healthier diet i have lost 6kg (13-14lbs i think) but idk if my background in gymnastics (was competitive gymnast from the age of 4-12) has made a difference.

Starvin African Child haha me too! But I’ve been sleeping a lot more (10 hours a night) and drinking a lot more water and the weight has been sliding off. I don’t have a flat stomach yet but I’ve been doing much better especially with the tip that MOUNIA OUASSIF said just say eliminate weight and say you have a fast metabolism and really helps!

• Day 1: IT WAS HARD BUT I GOT IT DONE
• Day 2 : I was sore from the day before and it made it hard to workout my it was still hard
•Day 3 : I am sore and feel good about it because it means it’s working
• Day 7 : it was refreshing at this point but still hard to the point where I was still a little bit sore
• week 2 : it was good I was not sore at all anymore I got my body got used to it and I see a slight difference in the tone of my body I guess how toned it looks
• week 3 : I SEE RESULTS!!! Which makes me want to continue even more because I’m seeing slight results which means I will be getting better results if I continue and I will make sure and update everyone.
• Couple of weeks later : omg you guys I can see a difference my waist is more shaped out on the sides and looks better!!

I would workout really early on Sunday (could be between 4.30am -7am) cuz I gotta go to church really early and spends the rest of my Sunday outside so when I got home I would be really tired and sleepy hahahahaha

I do your workouts in the moring, before breakfast. First it was weird to do cardio and HIIT right after waking up (or just doing cardio in general as I dread it 😃) , but now it feels good and I have energy. Also, I can do my job more efficiently after a morning workout, on rest days I feel sluggish and I am less motivated to work.

I have to work out at night because Excitement makes me sleepy. after working out my body feels nice and tight and helps me sleep as i feel like im being hugged. i worked out last night and fell asleep and slept amazingly for the first time in a long time and had awesome dreams

Hey Chloe ...your workouts are helping me fight my depression . A big hug to you ....IAM doing your abs in 2 weeks challenge at 7 pm it takes 30-45 mins for me including warm up and cool down . I sleep at 11:30 or 12 . I have 9 hours of sleep . It's all cool and IAM so happy I found your channel.
