    1. Push with both legs
    2. Chest inside (back rolled)
    3. Move your shoulders Forward when you kick up
    4. Move your Body like a wave -> First shoulders Forward, then breast inside and then the hips shoot up

    This is ridiculous - and I mean that in a good way. I've been struggling to kick up into a handstand for years. You told me everything I was doing wrong.
    I was able to kick up into a handstand (with wall support) twice a few moments ago.
    I brought my foot closer, I kept a hollow body before kicking up. Simple tips. Super simple tips.
    I can't believe I can say I feel more confident kicking up against a wall -- after so many years of feeling discouraged.
    Thank you!

    When falling to the front (overshooting), it's very easy to press your fingertips into the ground to balance.
    However, I find it hard if not impossible to save a handstand when falling backwards.
    So, how???
    Anyone can help me?

    • @pielzor
      @pielzor 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Practice more. The key is knowing you are leaning backwards too much, before more correction is needed than minor corrections with your shoulders. As least, that's my advice from my experience so far.
