    Great video! I've never been a huge trend jumper but I'm glad people are starting to buck back a little lol I get sick of see the same stuff all the time.

    Think as fitness as a lifetime journey. You're going to need to ebb and flow and don't be afraid to change directions or even take a break if you need it

    I'm also leaving a 6 day split in 2024. I dropped to 4 days a few months ago and its been great. I actually can go harder and lift heavier with the extra recovery time.

      Less, but with more intent has always been better than going full force 100% of the time. I noticed I can be more consistent and stick to my routine better when it’s more reasonable with my lifestyle and schedule.
