Dear sir ऐसे तो लोगों के पास गलत msg जाएगा। कुछ तो है जो डायबिटीज में millets khane ki ku सलाह दी जा रही है । आप उसका पॉजिटिव इफेक्ट बताएं। गेहूं और चावल के मुकाबले तो कम बढ़ती होगी। आप अच्छी जानकारी दे रहें हैं । लेकिन उससे नेगेटिवेटी बहुत ज्यादा हो गई है।
