Day twenty-five complete! I'm so sad that this journey has ended, but I'm happy that it ended the way it did: with me being consistent. @@anjanikanuri4169 My body got more toned and I am more flexible, Before pilates I couldn't even hold my legs up straight😭 I can now very easily and I love it. Not only that but it kind of relieves your pain, for me at least, I didn't feel any back pain for a while now. I've been doing it for a few months now so I do think it takes time and consistency to see results
@@anjanikanuri4169 My body got more toned and I was more flexible, not to mention that since I started pilates I didn't really get any back pain anymore. It does take time, the results from one month to six months is a huge diff, but it's totally worth it
it's my first youtube plan ever done, can't believe it's over, thank you dear! my whole body has changed - flat stomach, more round glutes, strong arms and back! but the most important this is that I've got SO into it I don't wanna stop! thank you! это первый челлендж, который я прошла до конца и я безумно рада и жалею, что не начала ранше. Ни на что не рассчитывала. Знала, что тело за 1 день поменяться не может. Но что заметила (учитываем, что я еще успела до этого выполнить двухнедельный план у Меделин и недельный у другого блогера): после 17-18 занятия мне стало легче носить рюкзак с ноутбуком. Вес особо не изменился, но брюки, которые в последний раз носила месяц назад, при вчерашней примерке стали велики. И настроение, не смотря на серость на улице, не превратилось в какашку. Для меня всё это - уже шикарный результат, на который я и не надеялась)

hi everyone, today is october 31st in my country and i started a routine on october 1st which i have completed now, combining both of madeleine's one month challenges plus the three 7 days challenge from lidia mera and the 14 days abs challenge from lilly sabri. i would like to share my experience. in august i reached a weight of 69kg which i had never reached in my life before. i am a 23 years old woman and my height is of 170cm+. i did not want to reach the 70kgs mark so i first started not eating alot, but i craved food quickly and my weight would fluctuate, so in september i started to exercise a little, about one quick session per day. seeing my weight was not changing much, i became more determined in october hence why i combined multiple challenges. doing multiple videos a day allowed me to complete all videos within a month. i stretched almost daily and walked 10k at least once a week. my weakness is that i have no diet and i struggle to follow one. on days i eat healthy or barely i will weight 66kg, but when i snack a lot of course my weight will go up. however, changes are not only reflected on the balance, and i can say i had no upper body strength before, especially in my arms. they are more toned now and that is visible. my waist was already slim, so i cannot see major changes. my main goal was my lower body since i am naturally thin but not very toned, i have fat where i would like not to and find my body disgracious. i would not say i am satisfied with how i look still, however there is abit of improvement. i will try another routine starting november because my october one was too packed and i know i won't be able to follow or stay motivated all the year so i need to adjust abit, but i am glad i was able to go through all of them all at once, because i guess to each their own and we are all different and what my body lacks the most is a good diet. still i feel that following any of those workouts can bring good changes to anyone, making you more toned and gaining more strength. hopefully i can like my body better in one year from now. i tried clothes on for a new job today and hated the way my body looked but i guess that's still better than if i had not started at all and there is only room for improvement. i hope all of you will be able to find a routine that fits you aswell, and do not forget to keep going, doing even a little something is still better than doing nothing at all.
Girlll thanks for making this one month plan!❤ i really love it, every video has their own difficulties and i really enjoyed every one of it. I feel more healthy and excited to do more exercises! I try my best to do the plan on time and not to skip the schedule (except when i sick last week) and here i am! So proud pf myself and everyone that already done it, i hope we will complete our own goal together and makes ourself more healthy and happy!!❤
Hi! I hope you can feel better about yourself. I respect your struggles and wanted to give you few tips. First of, please don't do a diet or rather stop thinking diet is about stopping you from eating. It is not. Diet is what you eat and as you already experienced it if you if you deprive yourself of food it will only make you want to eat more afterwards. Not a sustainable solution. What I advice you is start eating more whole foods, I don't see what people mean by healthy but to me is just whole foods that you can cook by yourself, it doesn't have to be fancy or something. You can eat those foods in small portions if you prefer causing you for example to eat 6 times a week but with small portions keep you satisfied. Also to me I think sticking to a plans or doing workouts that you find online is better than doing challenges as it's not for short period of times that cause you to stress if you don't see the results in the period of time given. Also please keep believing in yourself you can do it. Your body is different from other people. You might need more time to see changes. I think trying multiple things to understand your body is the best thing to do. You can start pilates, then go to weight lifting, or just home workouts, yoga, walking, cycling, biking, swimming etc.. I hope you'll be fine.

Plus 10 min trampoline workout ✅ Day 4: doneee. My legs were on fireee. + 5 min weight arm workout✅ Day 5: done!! I also did the weights again✅ Day 6: omg I can’t believe I made it through the whole video. My whole body is burning and sore and hot lol. Usually I don’t sweat during workouts but I am sweating after that. ✅ Day: 7 ✅ Week one thoughts: I’m loving this workout💗I love doing it after school it’s so relaxing Day 8: ✅ done!! I didn’t do any cardio cuz I am starving and I’m afraid I will pass out if I try some cardio 😭 Day 9: done!!✅ + 5 min weights Day 10: ✅ + weights Day 12: ✅ + trampoline Day 13: ✅ Day 14: ✅ Day 15: ✅ Week 2 done!!💗 Day 16: ✅ Day 17: ✅ Day 18: ✅ Day 19: ✅ Day 20: ✅ Day 21: ✅ Day 22: ✅ Week 3 done!! Yesss im done i just wanted to document this on the videos last workout but i finished with day 19 as i was aligning these with my strength training workout sessions but im thankful im done i so much loved this series took me almost 2 months to finish and I'm glad i finished it even though i was not consistent with the plan

закончила второй челлендж по пилатесу на месяц, итого 2 месяца старалась делать упражнения каждый день. к сожалению ощутимых изменений я до сих пор не увидела. тело не изменилось визуально и вес не уменьшился. но как плюс эти тренировки помогли выработать дисциплину и надеюсь немного стать сильнее. так что если у вас тоже ожидания не совпали с реальностью, не растраивайтесь, возможно вам, как и мне, необходимо больше времени и усилий)
@ за питанием давно слежу, соблюдаю дефицит но с добором нормы белка. здесь вероятно не в питании причина, а в необходимости более интенсивной нагрузки. пилатес ее дать не может
25 день :✅ Я горжусь собой, что сделала это. Из изменений в своём теле, я заметила, что перестал выпирать живот, немного появился пресс и немного укрепились руки. Я буду продолжать заниматься пилатесом, но уже по другим видео.
День 25✅ за этот план тренировок слегка подтянулось тело (у меня это было более заметно при выполнении тренировок, с каждой тренировкой все проще делать упражнения). что прям заметно изменилось - это подкачался пресс буду заниматься дальше, спасибо за эти тренировки!

What I do is lower the volume low enough that I can still hear the counter sounds but not the background music and I play the music I like, but I workout from my laptop tho

I am seriously no expert whatsoever but I found this series didn’t impact my weight at all (it wasn’t my goal like I didn’t do any dieting or make any other changes to my life) but I definitely found myself feeling stronger throughout the 25 days and stopped having to take breaks every few minutes. Obviously it will be different for everyone. Good luck!! :)

Are these exercises enough to lose weight, I want to lose about 5 kilos in two months or less, so are these exercises enough for that? Besides a calorie calculation diet, what do you think about that? Please reply + I love you so much ♥️♥️
The only way to truly lose weight is to go into a calorie deficit. These workouts however are a great way to burn fat and build lean muscle in combination with a lean & effective diet. Remember to still get your cardio in! At least 8-10k steps a day

за собой не заметила никаких изменений, к сожалению. думала что поможет избавиться от апатии, но в течении этих 25 дней заработала тревожность по поводу занятий и еще один комплекс о своем непонятном "животе домиком" и куче других нездоровых примочек тела включая суставы и постоянное головокружение. вес ничуть не изменился, хотя старалась есть меньше.
@estella5517 протрузии в шее, спина очень щелкает и хрустит, ну это было изначально до пилатеса конечно. но в течении 25 дней срывала поясницу и была очень резкая и адская боль под лопаткой. мне всего лишь 18 лет 😭😭😭

hopefully i can like my body better in one year from now. i tried clothes on for a new job today and hated the way my body looked but i guess that's still better than if i had not started at all and there is only room for improvement. i hope all of you will be able to find a routine that fits you aswell, and do not forget to keep going, doing even a little something is still better than doing nothing at all.

Girlll thanks for making this one month plan!❤ i really love it, every video has their own difficulties and i really enjoyed every one of it. I feel more healthy and excited to do more exercises! I try my best to do the plan on time and not to skip the schedule (except when i sick last week) and here i am! Hi! I hope you can feel better about yourself. I respect your struggles and wanted to give you few tips. First of, please don't do a diet or rather stop thinking diet is about stopping you from eating. It is not. Diet is what you eat and as you already experienced it if you if you deprive yourself of food it will only make you want to eat more afterwards. Not a sustainable solution. What I advice you is start eating more whole foods, I don't see what people mean by healthy but to me is just whole foods that you can cook by yourself, it doesn't have to be fancy or something. You can eat those foods in small portions if you prefer causing you for example to eat 6 times a week but with small portions keep you satisfied.
Also to me I think sticking to a plans or doing workouts that you find online is better than doing challenges as it's not for short period of times that cause you to stress if you don't see the results in the period of time given.
Also please keep believing in yourself you can do it. Your body is different from other people. You might need more time to see changes. I think trying multiple things to understand your body is the best thing to do. You can start pilates, then go to weight lifting, or just home workouts, yoga, walking, cycling, biking, swimming etc..

Aaa I finished!! I still did either cardio or weights everyday I just forgot to document it 😭I also started doing walk at home workouts instead of the trampoline because I’m lazy lol. Anyways, I loved this plan!! I think my stomach and waist look a bit more toned than it did at the start of the challenge. This challenge has created a love for Pilates in my heart 💗 and I can’t wait to do more!!

закончила второй челлендж по пилатесу на месяц, итого 2 месяца старалась делать упражнения каждый день. к сожалению ощутимых изменений я до сих пор не увидела. тело не изменилось визуально и вес не уменьшился. но как плюс эти тренировки помогли выработать дисциплину и надеюсь немного стать сильнее. так что если у вас тоже ожидания не совпали с реальностью, не растраивайтесь, возможно вам, как и мне, необходимо больше времени и усилий)
А какого питания вы придерживались?
@ за питанием давно слежу, соблюдаю дефицит но с добором нормы белка. здесь вероятно не в питании причина, а в необходимости более интенсивной нагрузки. пилатес ее дать не может

за этот план тренировок слегка подтянулось тело (у меня это было более заметно при выполнении тренировок, с каждой тренировкой все проще делать упражнения). что прям заметно изменилось - это подкачался пресс
буду заниматься дальше, спасибо за эти тренировки!

What I do is lower the volume low enough that I can still hear the counter sounds but not the background music and I play the music I like, but I workout from my laptop tho

I am seriously no expert whatsoever but I found this series didn’t impact my weight at all (it wasn’t my goal like I didn’t do any dieting or make any other changes to my life) but I definitely found myself feeling stronger throughout the 25 days and stopped having to take breaks every few minutes. Obviously it will be different for everyone. Good luck!! :)

Are these exercises enough to lose weight, I want to lose about 5 kilos in two months or less, so are these exercises enough for that? Besides a calorie calculation diet, what do you think about that? Please reply + I love you so much ♥️♥️
The only way to truly lose weight is to go into a calorie deficit. These workouts however are a great way to burn fat and build lean muscle in combination with a lean & effective diet. Remember to still get your cardio in! At least 8-10k steps a day

It’s impossible to lose weight with pilates alone. I burned 60kcal for this routine but it’s definitely helping to tone your body.

за собой не заметила никаких изменений, к сожалению. думала что поможет избавиться от апатии, но в течении этих 25 дней заработала тревожность по поводу занятий и еще один комплекс о своем непонятном "животе домиком" и куче других нездоровых примочек тела включая суставы и постоянное головокружение. вес ничуть не изменился, хотя старалась есть меньше.

@estella5517 протрузии в шее, спина очень щелкает и хрустит, ну это было изначально до пилатеса конечно. но в течении 25 дней срывала поясницу и была очень резкая и адская боль под лопаткой. мне всего лишь 18 лет 😭😭😭
Ну ваше моральное состояние тоже очень многое значит для вашего организма. Может поэтому так
