They under both of them mate. Just make sure battery is disconnected. Good luck

Hello Alex.I own a cooper S r50 2002 and my srs light is on.When i connect a really cheap OBD2 tool it cant find any faults.Is it the tool's fault or something else? Thank you in advance!
Hello there. Yes I found in some cases that some tools can't pick up faults on them. Specially if it's not engine fault. I would recommend try and find a mechanic with good tool to find out what it is... Usually most common one is the connection under the seats for airbags.
I have a Mini Cooper r50 and I had an EP emblem on the dashboard with a check engine light and RPM turns too high. It seems that the Mini Cooper was not turning from the first or second gear, what is the solution?

Why do you make such an issue of disconnecting the battery? It's 12V DC. What can be harmed by disconnecting, cleaning and reconnecting?
Because that's what the manufacturer makes point of making sure that people do it. I myself also have to make sure its done on the safe side, to avoid any issues.
I believe this will reset the computer.
For me it didn’t solved the problem :( the warning came out after cleaning car interrior.
Have you checked all the plugs and the wires as well? That does usually happen when you push seats forward or back.
