    Why am I here? I love when you remind us to ask ourselves this question. I am here for my health - brain, heart, bones, muscles - my whole body. I know I can’t outrun my genetics but I can give it a boost!

    Fun one! I love when you share the benefits of the exercise/movement (like during the lateral lunges) - it sprinkles a little extra dopamine as a bonus on top of the exercise-induced endorphins, adding a whole other dimension of reward to an already awesome workout 💪✨

    Just finished this at 23 weeks pregnant. Only needed a couple modifications keeping my stretched out midsection in mind, and it was perfect! Feeling the post-cardio glow!

    Love, love, love this No Repeat Standing Cardio!!! I am drenched!!! Great circuits that kept my heart rate up the entire workout!! Awesome way to start my morning!!! 💥💥💥🔥🔥🔥🤩!!!!!

    I really appreciate this standing workout! I now get positional vertigo when I lay flat, so floor work is tough for me. Thank you for including "standing" in the title.

    This was a great workout and like Amy said just coz it’s all standing doesn’t mean it’s not intense …Much needed workout after the weights yesterday…Loved it..Thank u Amy ❤

    Those five minute blocks make the 30 minutes fly by. I worked up a sweat. All standing workout is good if you have sore wrists. Please do more of these five minute block sessions. Thank you very much Amy.

    This is one of my favorites! I have done this one before while traveling, because I love that I can get a great cardio workout, all standing, in just 30 minutes! I will keep coming back to this one for sure! Thanks for adding the standing playlist, too, Amy!

    Awesome cardio workout I loved every move! I tried to do the jump at least for the last 10 seconds 😂 except the plié jumps I did the 45 seconds, I love pop squats! So happy I'm working out with your calendar, thank u Amy

    Used mini bands and slowed it down for more of the mobility my body needed today. It's been a....day. feel a little better. At least I got moving
