    Congrats!!! 🎉 very happy to see you doing this!
    I just ordered stahl’s essential psychopharmacology book as I’m still pondering if I could actually do this. The first day I cracked it open, I closed it after 30 seconds and was like “no way”… got the courage to open again day 2 and 3. It’s getting a little better. 😅

      The subject matter is super interesting (at least to me!), but it is challenging. Just be sure to clearly define your “why” for becoming a nurse practitioner. Keeping that in focus will sustain you through the tough times.

    I’m 40 and I just finish my RN this year . Im interested in Psych np because of the longevity of the career

You are correct about PMHNP, I also see that as an advantage and I think I will have the best work life balance of almost any of the NP specialties. When do you think you will start your NP school?
