    Can you take the 5 amino 1MQ along with the tesofensine? Take in the morning? or at night? empty stomach or not? Thanks!

      Yes, you can. Take them in the morning. If you are underfed because of Tesofensine, you will get more of the fat loss attribute of 5 amino.

      You need a scale. I believe Limitless sells them. Measure 50mg. Take with water.

      I don’t believe it matters. Not technically a peptide. I always take mine in the morning or afternoon.

      Great question. I don’t think it would a waste because you would most likely be preventing some of the calories going to fat via the inhibition of the NNMT enzyme. Plus, the muscle stem cell activation could be useful in a bulking phase.

    Is this ok for women to take as well? I definitely want to be lean and strong. Im running MAPS Anabolic, i have good strength but would love to drop about 15 lbs.

      You can definitely take this. It works on a cellular level, so it's not specific to gender. That program is good for building muscle. I would move into a calorie deficit after you have the muscle you desire. My favorite supplement to use it essential amino acids.       I prefer the growth hormone peptides. Maybe Tesofensine or Methylene Blue as well. And essential aminos (ThorneDiscount.com) and sauna after weightlifting. I could go on…but just start and gradually get more sophisticated.

      5 amino will increase metabolic rate and I feel it is more suited for resistance training. MOTS-C is a mitochondrial peptide that is better suited for cardio.

      @@OptimizedforlifeMB is a MAO inhibitor, so it might effectively be like taking a stronger dose of Tesofen. You do get some neuroprotective benefits with MB, as well as Mitochondrial benefits. However, I am personally not a fan of stepping on the gas too hard with things that modulate neurotransmitters.

      @@stephenmccain if I may ask, I’m training for a upcoming work acedemy for 3 weeks of PT. I’m on 5-amino, BPC-157 and next month gonna start Tesofensine along with a 1month break off 5-amino before getting back on. Anything else I should use? My main concern is the endurance PT test on day 1 to pass. Thank for all that you do!

    I've taken it for one month now at 150 mg with no change in my normal diet and exercise routine. Diet is fairly good as far as calories and workouts are consistent. I have experienced no change in fat loss or muscle gain, what am I missing.

      Interesting. And you have noticed nothing in terms of muscle activation? It's difficult to offer you advice because I have no idea what your diet or workouts are like...including other lifestyle factors like stress. I will say this...not everyone will respond the same. For the people that 5 amino 1 mq works for....they love it. I am in that camp. It's not a miracle molecule. But most guys that I know that are really connected with their workouts experience a boost. In the very least, you will experience a NAD boost that has anti-aging benefits.

      @@stephenmccain thanks for getting back, I have experienced some feelings of better muscle activation but I'm also hitting the gym with a very structured routine in plan so I can't truly say it has to do with the pills.

      @@stephenmccain but 5 weeks on 150 mg no change in body fat percentage, I think for the price there's not much of a benefit for me personally. 6 1" 220. 13% bf, eat healthy but not to the point where I count everything. No fast food ever, drink occasionally pretty much your average 40 you would see lifting in the gym.

      I have been on 100mg for a total of 3 months now but started with 50mg for the first month. The first month no real change to body fat but a huge change in clarity and vision. Another big change was it forced me to stop smoking I don’t know if it was part of it but I no longer smoke and my breathing feels 10x better. The second month is when I bumped up to 100mg and towards the end of the month I noticed I dropped 20 pounds. Now in month 3 I am down an additional 5 pounds. The weight loss is great but what is even better is my blood work. I had high cholesterol, high liver enzymes, high kidney enzymes, and my glucose lever were pre diabetic before I started this and now they are all at normal levels. I also noticed a big change in my vision where I no longer have to squint at small words. I am 35 years old 5’9” 266 lbs waist size 38 before I started this peptide and now I am officially as of today 234 lbs and down to a 36 waist.

      This peptide will allow you to get results without being perfect with your diet. Obviously the better your diet, the better the results. Ultimately, your calories will be determined by your goal and where you are in your program. 5 amino 1 mq is a nice addition anywhere in your program. I usually recommend at the start of a program because most people need to create momentum for success.

    Would running this with cardarine and mk677 be good? Or just cardarine and 5 amino 1mq

      I think it would pair very well with Mk677. Just don’t take mk677 for longer than 90 days in a row. You can get get some receptor issues if you don’t cycle. It will increase your hunger, so I would be lifting weights to increase muscle mass. I have never used Carderine, so I am hesitant to give any recommendations.
