    ✅️Fasting from night to morning may be beneficial for some, BUT it may not help others. The fasting diet shown in this video was recommended by my doctor due to my previous digestive issues, so I decided to try it for a few days. However, please do not follow it without seeking medical advice. In particular, teenagers should never follow this diet without consulting a doctor!! :)

      @@themontu7066 I actually eat 3 times a day plus some snacks, fruits, nuts and some sweets or biscuits with tea and sleep minimum 9-10h a night
      Plus with my job I can allow myself to nap almost every day
      It depends on person, some people need a lot of hours and some are just fine with 5-6

    Here's my favorite dieting tips I've gotten:
    1. Don't feel bad about breaking ur diet! Stuff happens, just because you ate some ice cream after a break up after saying you would stop eating sweets is not the end of the world ❤
    2. Don't give yourself unhealthy diets. Not eating is not an option. Your body NEEDS nutrition. Instead, eat healthy foods and try to work out more, you'll also get stronger by default 💪
    3. A diet isn't really supposed to be a challenge for a period of time, it's way healthier to pick a realistic diet that you feel like you could have for the rest of your life. Well, that's maybe an exaggeration but yall understand 😅
    Also as I said before, don't feel like you have to strictly follow your diet all the time, especially in the beginning ❤❤

      Yes! These are truly some of the best tips. So many people go Down a Hole of negativity during weight loss (I certainly remember doing so). A positive and selfloving attitude does wonders. The Best mindset I’ve had about my health is “I want to fuel myself and my body, because I want to feel good.” sometimes that means eating an ice cream sometimes that is going for a walk and sometimes that is eating a filling meal. It has taken me quite a while to get to that point but it really makes a World of difference.

    Light fasting is awesome and it doesn’t even have to be hard! If u eat dinner at 4 or 5, then eat breakfast at 8/9am it feels great and is honestly wayy better for you than skipping breakfast and binging at 9 o’clock at night

      You can fast while you sleep, and a bit in the morning. If you go to bed at 8pm and wake up at 8am, that would be considered fasting for 12 hours. Fasting is a time period in which you do not eat, or drink something with calories. You can drink water, tea without any calories, coffee without any calories, and zero calorie drinks.

      Use whatever you have on hand, soy sauce + lots of veggies are what you want to introduce into your cooking and play around with some simple recipes first :) You will build your way up there

    This is very interesting because not too long ago I read that our stores fat starts to burn after the 8 hour fasting mark and sometimes even at the 12 hour mark! Our bodies are incredible but I know most of us who are American know the struggle of over eating because our restaurant portions here are ginormous. We have a fast food restaurant in any corner that is convenient for us who work so damn much and don’t have time to even sit down and think. It’s a sad reality in most countries but I noticed our country has a high rate of obesity. Take care of yourselves ❤

    Is it unhealthy to eat up to 700cals i think it would be that much if i eat for breakfast: yoghurt + oats + some chia seeds + fruit and for lunch: 2 boiled eggs and for dinner: an apple or protein shake or both??? Please someone reply soon.

      Yeah that’s soooo little for a full grown adult. You shouldn’t eat less than 1200 kcal a day! But pls use a calorie calculator for more accuracy

      that is way too little! all it's going to do is mess up your metabolism making it even harder for you to lose weight I reccomend nothing under 1500 calories but there are calorie calculators where you can put your activity level, height, and weight and it will tell you the amount of calories you need

      @@user-zj4tz7dn3y salads are great but you can really eat anything if you're in a deficit also I'd just like to say even if you aren't full grown you still need a lot of calories and nutrients to grow and function newborns consume around 1200 calories a day themselves

    I love the way she doesn’t starve or vacuum herself to be slim (vacuum is a “exercise” in which u have to inhale ur belly for minutes till u can hold and it can hurt ur organs) that’s why I don’t like her I LOVE her and not only me but millions of ppl

    Basically intermediate fasting yall
    Preferably to start at 7pm till 7 or 8 am ( ik it's not much but it's good )
    Wake up and take a full glass of water and wait for half hour to an hour than have normal breakfast ( good one)
    Get your lunch at 2 or 3 pm ( protein, fibers, little complex carbs)
    Take a snack at 5 pm ( could be anything)
    Dinner at 7 pm (make is simple and easy to digest)
    Have a glass of fruit or anything as a snack in between meals
    Finally no need for supplements if you take the needed nutritional needs from meals but you do need to move your body in walking and exercising.
    That's it

    one of the biggest tips I have is to let yourself indulge in the "bad foods" you're craving, as long as its in moderation.
    been craving some of that chocolate cake? let yourself have a slice! I'm not saying have like a quarter of the cake, but just enough to satisfy your craving.
    ignoring what your body wants will lead to a binge in most cases, you'll have a cheat day every week. know how many calories you need for your height and weight, and burn off at least half with exercise or another form of calorie burning, even cleaning can do a lot.
    don't stress about not losing as much as you'd like in a certain time frame. half the time it's water weight! (drink as much as you can!!! if you don't like water that much, you can always have zero sugar flavoured water. hydration is hydration.
    honestly have too many tips to know where to start so idk maybe I can answer a question if you have one :) Ive lost 67kg in the last 18 months and I'm so close to my goal weight :p

    Actually the first habbit is the islamic fasting u stop eating when the sun rises and start eating when the sun set (actually u can't drink anything too)
    But the reason we do not lose weight is that we really eat too much and dronk a really high sugar and fats meals
    Like we have something called KUNAFFA it is kind of carbohydrates wich we put SHARBAT (sugar and water and a little bit of lemon juice so it's like honey) on it and the toppings are horrible like we have " 4 seasons" KUNAFFA wich is slices topped with chocolate and the another is topped with lotus and the another is whipped cream and mango and a the other is mix berries so that's why we gain weight at RAMADAN
    Actually it's not how Prophet MOHAMMED PBUH was fasting actually when he eat he eats 3 dates and drank milk then pray MAGHREB and then eats regularly
    So in sha' Allah i'm going to fast but eat healthy food

    Ladies, make sure to exercise, drink water and have a healthy diet but first go to your doctor if you plan to lose/gain weight.
    I've been struggling to lose weight no matter how much I work out and diet and that's because I have a hormonal disorder, we girlies often struggle with those so be careful.
    You don't need to starve yourself and look up to other bodies, just try to be healthy and happy, love yourself ❤

    fasting is not for everyone so please everyone, consult doctor first..as for me, i maintained a 16-hour fasting everyday for 1 year and 3 months now..and trust me when i say the first 2 months is not easy..i was just lucky that I was unemployed at that time so I took that time to do it...and luckily my body adapted to the change...
    what i did was never eat dinner after 8 pm..then just count 16 hours so i usually eat at 11 am or 12 afternoon...
    the only con i have is i can't enjoy eating in an "EAT ALL YOU CAN" restaurant bec my stomach can't handle too much food..2 cups of rice is already too much for me 🤣🤣🤣🤣 and 1 apple and 1 orange is enough as a meal for me...
    but of course, i never let my body suffer, if my body is craving sweets, i eat it but not too much and not often..say 3x a month and by the way, i'm still not half way my body goal but i am happy with the results now
    I bubbled too much already lol..I hope everyone can achieve their body goal in a healthy and safe way...🥰

    I just did a 30 hour fast. I also do omad. No carb,no sugar.
    Im 51 years old so I have to eat healthy. Im 105 lbs. Trying to drop 10 lbs.

    I respect my mother during meal on dining table, we don't have to be in diet when the family member arrives for lunch but mostly dinner, it is a harbinger for my weight loss maintenance ofc, but we mustn't reject the food in our plates as a sign of decency, too bad for my fat adjustment mechanics 😅
