However, Western allies Saudi Arabia and the UAE watched these latest developments from the sidelines instead of taking part. Yemen Houthis bare not afraid of US and UK,and this will make other arabic countries to think twice about joining the US and UK in their operation prosperity Guardian.
Saudi Arabia will not join because Biden betrayed them in his first days of the presidency when he was hostile to the Saudis. As for the Houthis, the reason they are not afraid is the same reason the Afghans are not afraid, because they have caves and mountains that they can hide inside and their confidence that America will not gamble with another 20 years in Yemen.
